Does anybody know of a way to add more locales to a ROM without unpacking framework-res.apk and without installing an extra app like MoreLocale2?

Is there a way to extract files from a ROM and add it to another ROM? Or will I have to download those specific files and install them after installation?
Any way to uninstall applications that came with a ROM?

(Help) Live Wallpaper SGSII

Hello,
I would need to decompile the apk with the wallpapers, but when I create the new apk with Eclipse and then I load it in the mobile phone... 1- It does not install, or 2- The application crashes.
I have used programmes such as autoAPKtool, apkmanager, autoDeoTool and with all of them I get the same result.
My aim is to translate it into several languages and something else if it comes to my mind. This could be done by adding a values-en folder (english, for example) + strings.xml (this one with its language), but it keeps on crashing.
I hope you can help me, I would like to work with Eclipse.
To sum up, I am looking for the source to work with it.
PS: crash = screen turns black.

[Q] Anyway to copy a keyboard dictionary from CM to stock 4.2 Rom?

Hey guys,
I just reverted back to stock 4.2 deodexed, and what can I say I love this Rom, its just the little things that don't work that get me.
I was wondering if anybody knows a way that I can add a custom dictionary from CM to this Rom. Their is no dictionary for the keyboard that I am using and therefor i get no text prediction. I was wondering if anyone could help me with that.
Thanks.
Edit:
In adb shell I was able to locate what I think is the location of the English Dictionary at "/system/usr/srec/en-US", I tried to download another dictionary but it wasn't placed if the same spot. I was thinking if I was to place the Hebrew Dictionary in the same location is it possible that it would work?
Edit2:
I was also able to locate the downloaded Russian dictionary located at "/data/data/com.google.android.inputmethod.latin.dictionarypack/files" with the name "ru___-1419599099.dict".
Based on the name I'm assuming that it cannot be done, there is probably a unique code for each of the available language dictionaries. Maybe some knows something that I don't.

[Q] Installing Keyboard AddOn Blade Elite!

SOLVED
Hi, I just installed the Blade ELITE 2.0 ROM on my HOX, but as I live in Sweden, I would like a Swedish keyboard. I'm not sure how to install AddOns for ROMs, And maybe some tips and tricks to keep my battery for more than 20+ hours.
Link to keyboard languages is in the OP http://htcfanboys.com/download/theDroidfanatic/?action=list&file=5983 just flash it and after reboot delete the languages you don't need, or extract the Swedish language apk and install in system and set correct permissions and reboot. For better battery try flashing different kernels and settings in trickster.

Need to change the language of the system and as many applications as possible

I wanted to change the system language to Polish on my SM-G928T, but it wasn't there.
I tried all of the locale adding apps, but they do not change enough of the text. This is why I've decided to get a new ROM. Are there any recommendations for TouchWiz-based ROMs that have Polish as an option? Similar to how cyanogenmod has it?
