How to make root in HTC Desire without the use of the PC?
Good night folks, as will all of you ...??
I wonder if there is the possibility of being root on HTC Desire without the need to use a PC!
I have a friend who has a Desire with Brick USB problem and how it does not have root on your player, he cannot do the following to take back your Desire ...!!
All possible procedures which we researched using the Root, so the Desire him this dead! Someone could give some tips?
Some expert on the subject could help us???

you know when your rooting the desire hd, is it exactly the same as the desire z? ive got the desire z rooted and my brother just bought the desire hd, so i just need to know if its the same in rooting?
check his software version, if he has version 1.7x+ you need to downgrade before rooting, other than that just use visionary

is there any possibility to root and s-off my desire hd (2.xx) with a mac? Or do I need a windows pc for this?
(Gingerbread Stock ROM is running atm).
It is much easier when you have windows PC, but you can also check the manual instructions in CyanogenMod website.

BUT I CAN'T USE "EasyS-OFF_05",THE TOOL SAY THAT BOOTLOADER CORRUPT,

This tool first downgradet my dhd an than rooted it.
After that i could install any ROM I wanted.
Im now stuck with http://www.coredroidroms.com/site/ an I love it!
It has Android 2.3.5 and Sense 3.5
I only want root, noting else

Is there a way, using AAHK or just plain adb commands, to get ROOT.
I ONLY want root on my phone.
Have been playing with many many roms for a year now, but gone back to stock via RUU, my phone still has S-OFF, and I just want root, sudo/superuser function for certain apps, I dont want my CID changed to 111111 or any other included feature that AAHK provides in one single option.
Phone is on latest OTA update, 3.12.405.1, sense 3.0, android 2.3.5
Can anybody shed light on how I can do that?

Even temp-root will do just fine for me...
I don't want to downgrade my ROM, I don't want custom ROM... I don't even need a custom recovery installed.
I just need root access for 60 seconds so i can run Lucky Patcher.

What about Advanced Ace Hack Kit (AAHK)? You can Google for it; it's not posted here. You could also go to the thread in my signature for some beginner guides.
Super one click only works when you are already S-OFF. Use the advanced ace hack kit.
