You can't load it, push it to system\app with root explorer and reboot.
You can also access your contacts on gmail.com log in to your account on a computer, as long as you have been saving them on google and not the phone.

Yes i got a few roms on my sdcard now.. I kno how to flash them of the sdcard.. Just dont understand how to download them to my phone.. My friend put them on my card for me.. And he aint around to help
You download the Rom on the computer it will be a .zip file don't unzip it. Plug your phone in and mount as disk drive then drag the Rom you downloaded on the sdcard (not in any folders) then unplug phone and use a file explorer like astro to see if its on the sd card

If copy and paste are a trouble, rooting is out of your league.
Click the download link of the rom, then if you phone is mounted to the pc, select it. If not, download to your desktop, copy and paste it to the sd card.

You go to the dev section, find a rom you like, click the download like. Once its on your pc, mount your phone to the pc via usb cord, in the notification bar, select mount as usb, copy and paste it on the usb, and you're done.
I have an S3 USB does NOT work so connecting to the computer is out of the question(water damage). So heres my dilemma.... somehow my back ups have disaappered in TWRP recovery so thats out of the question also.... big bummer. I need to somehow make a ROM that is already on my internal storage install for some reason it keeps failing (its the only one i got so its my only hope). The ROM is HELLFIRE version 2.2 This is the error message i get

getprop("ro.bootloader") =="I747MVLDLK4"
getprop("ro.bootloader") =="I747MUMBLK3"
getprop("ro.bootloader") =="I747MUMBLL1"
E:error in /sdcard/SmasungHFJ2.2hf-10.1release-d
(status 7)
error in falshing zip '/sdcard/SamsungHFJ2.2hf-10.1
Is there anyway to get this to work maybe using the terminal emulator or something? walk-through would be extremely appreciated

Um yes. It is water damaged.. It not detecting the ext SD is subjective. It might or might not work... Maybe he can get a new sdcard that comes with an adapter that will plug into the laptop or PC.
