Another leaked ROM
VIRuS just posted that he got ahold of another HTC Sprint leaked ROM.. it's named the Shooter.. he's working on porting it to our EVO.. this one sounds more like the EVO3D than the Kingdom ROM. Cross fingers..
Virus is a beast and wifi tether does work
can confirm, wifi tether works very well

hi! i am just wondering if somone can coock up a rom that enabels wifi tether and the htc sense ui, like a Cyanogen mod with sense.
I think there are other users that also want this

is there a port for desire z?
Might not be there yet but it appears this is in beta as well - give it time and it will come!
thanks hopefully it will cus that would be just awsome-sauce on ics.. mmmm
I got wifi calling workin in my ICS slim 1.2, check it out, its in the dev section
Nice will do mate! Love your rom btw
I am not a dev and therefore am not sure if this is possible with our SGSII, however I'm wondering if there is any way a dev could create a flashable zip that would allow us to have wifi calling like what comes with ICS on the sensation. I know some of the ICS ROM's with a t-mobile base do have wifi calling but it has the delay issue. I know this will probably solve itself once source is released but as a former HTC HD2 user, I came across a new wifi calling flashable zip for ics released by user tytung in which he included the latest ICS libs and the wifi calling app from the sensation. I am using that flashable zip on my HTC HD2 on an AOKP ROM right now and it works great. Anyways I know that a lot of people on here rely on wifi calling and feel as though a flashable zip with the wifi calling app, such as the one I have referenced below for the HD2 may be a great solution for many of us. This way even ROM's that aren't using a T-Mobile SGSII base could have wifi calling as a usable feature...such as AOKP, CM9, etc.

I will use now on desire only for tethering.
Is a good idea? Is better to use a router dedicated to this task?
Is there a best rom for this? Which one do you suggest?
Thanks:good:

If you have a huge data plan, then why not?
There is no "best ROM" for tethering. I would suggest a GB one, since JB may be unstable on a long period of time.
Try with some android 2.3.6-7 ROM in GB I recommend to you CM7 nightly the last one. You can download from the www.cyanogenmod.com it's very clean ROM fast&stable I was using it before change to jb 4.3 maybe cm7 is the best GB ROM and I remember that the signal quality for WiFi/3G was veeery good, hermano. Try it! )))

any idea ?
Seen some old post on this and most of them were for T-Mobile so I say its worth asking for the sprint users.
Is there any Rom that has WiFi calling that is more of a stock Android? (Any Rom that is not a Sense based Rom)
One bump to see if anyone can help me out a little
I'm hoping this option becomes available as well.
