[MOD] CRT-ON to galaxy S i9000 (success)

i am trying to mod CRT/ON feature on i9000
i made it theoretically but i don't have the device to test it
EDIT: thnx to mirash11 for testing .. it works 100%
for the ppl who don't know what is the difference between CRT On & Off, it is the same beam that u got on off-screen , but this time u will have it once u on the screen too.

now , it should be work and compatible with all 2.3.5 DEODEXED ROMs, and it should also works with 2.3.4
also I added the needed modification for those who like BLN for SMS, so IT will work also with them
all what u need is to move my file to system/framework, and reboot
it should works fine
note again that this mod is only for DEODEXED ROMs

this is not the full modification, u have to add ur own lines
and soon i will release an other one with the best CRT on ever

Ok, then try file modified by me (JVS,JVT compatible), nothing more, nothing less than that what in given sources is

what I just told u is that i am testing a new version of CRT-ON that is incredible
but there are some small bugs ,, once I finish it i.e (48 hrs max) i will release for sure
so show some support instead of telling ppl something not true

Yes I'm trying 2 different ways

It will be a very nice rom, pro . My friend has a X10 with MIUI rom, and it looks very amazing I love it. Keep moving

first off why not make it based om cm9 because then it only needs theming and framework patch
and i will say from source is best way
because those apks doesnt has any sense

Because Stock MIUI feels better than heavy theming and patches (Might include the CM9 framework patches)

Yes I know. There is a thread on it but links to download are not up as you will have to wait for it to be released. But in the meanwhile I'll do what I can Now and then include some of the things in the Ace miui Rom. I still need devs! So we can work out the kinks.

I've downloaded the PatchROM inside my linux partition, but i don't know what should i do after that. :
Do we have to resize all the apps to MDPI?
If the answer is yes, i want to ask something. So if the MIUI Official Team updates their ROM, do we have to re-resize the apps each time they update the ROM again in order to make this work for Gio?
I mean, like this scheme :
1. Resize apps->port to gio
2. When MIUI update their ROM, resize the latest apps again -> port to gio
3. When MIUI update their ROM again, resize the latest apps again -> port to gio.
Does the scheme is like that? Or we just have only resize for the first time only?

If miui has been portet to ace, made it for gio is simple. Just little modify build.prop, and change some libs

[DEV] Oxygen Rom - I need a team :)

So I've recently ported The famous Oxygen Rom to our beloved gio.
I need someone who can resize pngs to MDPI.
Some of the apps like, Statusbar and Launcher need to be resized.
There are also some framework-res icon bugs.
Nonetheless, this is an extremely nice ROM that could be used daily, if properly supported.

It just resource. It not fully compatible with our device. It just for example for S5 feature for your ROM
