Try wiping the battery stats in recovery

I changed roms last weekend because all of a sudden my battery was draining 1-2% every minute while screen was off. Every since then I have encountered serious battery drain, screen & soft keys flickering causing the device to turn off. I have tried wiping my battery stats, draining my battery completely down and fully charging. Also I have done the normal wiping procedures when flashing a rom. I have ran fh13, re-calk, phantom (ics), and cyanogen ICS and JB and every one has the same problem so i believe its a hardware issue. Is there anything else i can wipe or do?
Sounds like a dying battery.

Yea i hope it is and not something with the screen..going back to stock GB and if it happens probably will buy a battery and see if that was the problem.
I have Arc S and I have used Arconium ICS 4.0, 2 months ago without any problems for while.
Now after 2 months without using phone at all I decide to charge phone and when it was fully charged I did factory reset.
After factory reset phone shows 100% battery and after some use (10-20 min) it drops directly to 0% and shutdown. When I connect to charger it goes directly to 100% and works while (10-20 min) and goes again directly to 0% and shutdown.
I tested stock 2.3.4 and some other customs roms (ICS ones), all does same. I never flashed 2.3.2 that might cause 0% issue.
So, is this still 0% issue or might it be just bad battery?
Been monitoring battery with Fuel Gauge fix apk without 0% patches to kernel and it shows battery drains normaly but phone just stick in 100%.

Battery doesn't show what apps are running
All my battery displays is Screen,Device Idle, and Wifi
It shows no other third party app that is running. This can only be temporarily fixed by rebooting my Note 2. Which then it happens again after full charging the device.
Is there a fix to this? I barely got it and it is bugging the crap out of me
Same here thought it was so weird

is this something worthy of replacing? still haven't fixed yet.

This happen to mine too.. when i turn off auto sync in Settings>Data Usage>Left menu then turn off Auto sync data.. But good in battery saving..
My Note 2 just started doing this as well. Settings> Battery and all it shows is the overall usage graph and Android OS 100%. If I click on Android OS it shows 298 days of usage. I tried deleting the batterystats.bin file/full charge/reboot etc but that didn't work.
Anyone have any ideas?

Fixed it.
Ran it down until it turned off/died.
Plugged in stock charger.
Once fully charged..green LED...powered on.
Booted into CWM from restart menu.
Wiped both caches.
Wiped battery stats.
Reboot.
Unplug from charger while at 100%.
Thought I followed these steps before but apparently I didn't.
Back to normal.

yeah im on tasks AOKP
first thing to do is clear your cache, boot into recovery, clear cache and reboot to system, most of the time this will fix it, if not then clear data and cache and that should fix it most of the time

no i havent ill try that now
i just tried it and it went to a screen but as soon as i let goo of the volume down and home buttons its shuts off
is it possible that my power button maybe stuck?
just heard from a friend that could be the problem
That's possible but as soon as the screen comes up you have to release both buttons or the screen does turn off, try volume up and home, when you see booting recovery, release both buttons, what I wanted to see is if you got the proper response, could be power button but have more to try
