[Q] Just a little help, confirmation needed :)

Hi,
I just need a confirmation, that i am doing it right. I need to get back to stock ROM... For gaining back warranty. Because this problem with camera (i already post it on thread) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1358239
My HBOOT is and its not rooted (dont see superuser icon )
BRAVO PVT3 SHIP S-off
HBOOT-6.93.1002
MICROP-051d
TOUCH PANEL-SYNT0101
RADIO-5.11.05.27

1. I download from http://alpharev.nl/ : Bravo Downgrader // 6c482ccfa6b7093de4ee1a5804ccbdfc// bravo_downgrade.img PB99IMG_downgrade
Do i need some more information about my MD5SUM ? Or something like that...
2. Put that file on ROOT of phone and rename it to PB99IMG.zip ..
3. Then i go in hboot and start that file.. with fastboot
4. after that finished i connect phone with computer and start RUU_Bravo_Froyo_HTC_WWE_2.10.405.2_R_Radio_32.44.00.32U_5.09.05.30_2_release_142828_signed or
RUU_Bravo_Froyo_HTC_WWE_2.29.405.5_Radio_32.49.00.32U_5.11.05.27_release_159811_signed.exe (i preffer this because in newer? , is that right )
After that phone should be back on stock rom and have valid warranty??
Am i right HOW TO DO IT, or i need more infomration, about KERNEL or stuff like that? Maybe it's a noob queston but i need little help

You have to decide which method to use to flash the downgrader. Eather you download the PB99IMG.zip file and put it to your SDCARD root and boot the phone into hboot or you flash the bravo_downgrade.img file using a PC (via fastboot utility).
If you decide to flash via fastboot then check that MD5 sum of the downloaded .img file matches that specified in the alpharev's site.

I think that's easier to put PB99IMG.zip on root and to do that only with phone... So ill do it that way..

I copied PB99IMG.zip to root of SD. Turned off phone.
Started hboot mode (voldown + power).
He show me now i think, not sure 100% ...
now HBOOT-6.93.9999 (was 6.93.1002) still s-off and with highlight pink AlphaRev Unlock.
He showed me
parsing...(SD ZIP)
(1) BOOTLOADER
Do you want to start update?

I press yes then says bootloader - OK
Do you want to reboot device?

Yes, that's it. After rebooting, put your phone into fastboot mode, connect it to computer via USB and run the downloaded RUU.exe on your computer.

I have succeeded to get back factory settings.
I was hoping that camera will be back to normal, but problem stays.
I flashed same ROM that was on my phone.
Then i tried to flahs older ROM RUU_Bravo_Froyo_HTC_WWE_2.10.405.2_R_Radio_32.44.0 0.32U_5.09.05.30_2_release_142828_signed.
But it says error 104 cannot update , something like that.. How to pass that?
Will flashing older ROM maybe repair my camera?

If I update to 2.3.3 (and problem with camera disappear, and dont need to get warranty) can i root my phone after , i've read on net that its difficult to do that?
Or can i easily downgrade to 2.2 and then root?

After flashing 2.3.3 RUU you can get S-OFF and root for Gingerbread in two very easy steps thanks to revolutionary:

After i done upgrade i realesed that SIM-Unlock Utility http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=943726 wont work on 2.3.3 gingerbread...

I didn't wont to unlock it when was on 2.2. Before i take phone to official service to check camera, and see if it's fixable. Because unlocking possibile will break my warranty..
So is there any way to downgrade it to 2.2 again, and perform unlock after phone goes to official service... or maybe will unlock simply work on 2.3.3 when i try later

You can try one of 2.2. RUU and start over again.

[Q] Please Help HTC Wildfire, Stuck on HTC Logo

Hello all I am facing a great difficulty with my HTC Wildfire i received from someone it wasnt working with them now i have it and i am trying to repair it, I have searched again and again for solution but no success i

It loads the logo after 5 mins and the shows then shows the desktop but it doesnt work, it is frozen
The OS in it is 2.37.415.1 i think it is froyo
the handset displays info in Arabic, do i searched and downloaded this "RUU_Buzz_Froyo_HTC_ARA_2.37.415.1_Dr_Raid_Radio_13.55.55.24H_3.35.20.10_release_166943_signed" I tried to flash it from the FASTBOOT it gave an error of Customer ID, so i also tried flashing it from HBOOT but the RUU gave a communication error sayin check usb cradle.
So guyz i have HTC SYNC latest version installed.

have u tried flashing your rom again?

You are trying to unbrick it with a Ruu update right? You did it right in the FastBoot, the problem was that you need something called "Goldcard" with the goldcard the RUU will let you update your phone...

[Q] Help me guys , cant get THE TOKEN on HBoot 0.90.000

hey guys , my phone specs are
MARVEL PVT SHIP S-OFF RL
HBOOT-0.90.0000
MICROP-0451
RADIO-7.54.39.08M
the thing is , my phone was s-on , then i downloaded the ruu from htc dev , it said that my phone is not supported despite the fact that it was my exact htc arabic phone with exact software numbers , so i found a way on the forum to extract the rom.zip files from the ruu , so i did , and flashed it using sd card , now it says s-off , but i cant get the unlock code token with the htcdev method , the question is , do i still need it? , or can i root and start flashing roms without it? , as i am now s-off?
any help is appreciated guys =)

S-OFF ? then keep it and do not unlock bootloader. S-OFF is worth much more.
There seem to be some combinations of radios and bootloaders that do S-OFF lol
one combination is hboot 0.90.0000 + htcdev radio.

okay , now there is a problem , i cant root my phone , i tried everything possible , really , i used the auto installer , i get the error (remote: not allowed) , i tried to manually install CWM , i get cid error , why is this so hard? , then i found that i have ship s-off not eng s-off , what the hell is that? , i am frustrated , i am trying to get this thing going since early December

put this file to the root of sd card and reboot to bootloader, it will automaticly find and flash, i included all cidnums into it and has 5.2.0.8 recovery it should not give cid error now

okay buddy , i cant thank you enough , you are a living legend man , it miraculously worked like a charm , and i am now rooted and in the process of finding a new rom , any suggestions? , i am so excited , i waited for nearly 5 months to do that , hell this is long

go to development forum and find the one that suits you, but my choice is CM7 for speed and it is stable enough now make nandroid backup before flashing any rom, you may want to get back to stock later

i feel if i jus get the radio update i might get an s-off.. i read a similar post somewhere else.. could u please temme the source for ur specification?

In my case yes i did get total s-off from just flashing the radio , to get the ruu , go to htc dev website , do the procedure then choose your version , in my case it was htc arabic , it will provide u with an executable program , open it , and dont use it to do anything , go to your temp folder , and find a folder that says rom1 and another that says rom2 , flash both using your bootloader , if everything is done right you should get s-off

[Q] Help! totally confused.

Ive just receive my htc wildfire s from the repair shop after hard bricking it by myself, they manage to bring my phone back to access bootloader but still stuck on htc green and white logo when you just turn it on,they used jtag method..my problem is I dont know what firmware should i use to flash my phone and bring it back to stock gingerbread firmware..
here is my bootloader info :
hboot - 0.90.000
radio - 7.46.35.08
I dont have any ***locked*** or ***unlocked*** phrase on the first line indicated - (and ive read some articles in other forum that it is necessary to update the bootloader to have ***locked oow*** appear on my bootloader and update my hboot to 1.08.0099 - 1.10.000 and then unlocked my bootloader via htc.dev officially).
one more thing , ive tried flashing extracted ruu from football's post because like what ive said my phone is stuck on htc white and green logo when turning it on after a jtag...but my log says that "main version is older" ,, i tried it using goldcard and plain micro sd card.. So the big question is WHAT firmware or rom should i flash in order to use my phone again?? do i need to update bootloader first??? or what..what method should i use??? thus my wildfire s is still brick or un recoverable???

[Q] Probelms bootloop recovery isnt worknig

Hello so i had problem with imai code so i decided to instal stock room (not shure which one was before) but after that pohone stucked in bootloop (after logo just shuted down) so i then i ried other versions and tut whic i could find but no results now i am using bach file to charge it to level when i can unlock it again
I am on S-ON cid vodap001 realy need help.

Unlock, flash a custom recovery. Then determine the rom you need with the command :
Fastboot getvar version-main
Restore the appropriate nand backup with a full wipe prior to it and flash the boot.img from the nand.

version is version-main: 2.17.161.2 cant find any room.I managed to unlock it , i will try to install cyanogen mod since i dont have nand backup so i cant restore.and btw before that phone worked fine only thing was that i couldnt update it there was no imei code and stuf and even then i culd get into recovery and i started as newbie (i didnt know what exactyle i was doing...) but no i have litle knowledge but still i cant get tit back to life.
Btw i have second htc one x with 64gb on it and cant even tur that one on (charger shows red flashingg indictaor

your hboot is to low to flash the latest roms (its 1.12) you can install all ICS roms but not newer ones. You need to update the hboot first. go to the general section en look for the collection of stock backups thread and find the nand backup that matches your main.

STOP flashing ANYTHING from here !!! you do NOT have the HTC one X international ..... you have the HTC one X+ !!!!!
and you have to read better, the link you posted in your last post is for the HTC ONE M8 not the HTC one X and not the HTC one X+ ! pay attention please.......
Go tot the HTC ONE X+ forum and stay in there, do not go to another forum section !!!
