Ok loving my DHD but there's so much to learn. On the HTC Weather App that you access by pressing the weather under the clock how do I set a town or village it only seems to accept cities??? Also if I am driving around if I press the weather on the front screen for a split second it displays the weather for where I am but quickly defaults to the default city. How do I set it to display by proximity location?

Hello, I recently installed htc home on my wm6 8525 (running At&t official wm6) and want to disable the clock that appears on the upper right corner of the phone while on the today screen. I used HTC Custom and under the "clock display" feature i enabled "none". Upon restart the clock gets disabled but part of my signal icon is also deleted so i see just half of the signal icon and a gap where the time used to be displayed at. Is this a glitch? or Is there another app available to try to disable the time? Thanks in advance.
"I have both tried these 2 but the thing i want is to keep "alarm clock plus" screen on while i'm sleeping. When i use these apps, they only does their job for 3 hours. Then the screen goes off so does the "alarm clock plus"'s screen.
How can i fix this problem or is it any other way to keep any clock app on while i'm sleeping?
Question what's up with HTC weather app that has widget on lock screen and on home screen when it's first set up. The location is way off. Even when I have checked use current location it's out by 40miles or so. Then sometimes it works perfectly then goes back to ah here will do sure it's in the same country.
But Google now can be right so. I have location settings on WiFi and mobile data mode which is battery saving mode. But even when it's switched to high accuracy still the same.
Any body else have this problem
I typically dont have any problems with location and weather.
My problems with the weather app are that it shows the proposed weather instead of the actual weather.
For some reason, my google home screen switch from the date and time to the weather.
Anyways to change it back?
It could be that the weather has not been updated yet. Flick to the google screen (far left) and refresh. Click on the weather icon at the top if you prefer.
Then either give it some time, or do a restart and see if it comes back.
And make sure location is on. And this seems to happen to a fair number of people. It will come back in a day.
My home screen clock widget alignment is messed up recently. I'm not sure whether it was after an update. The clock doesn't center align anymore neither in dual clock mode nor as a single clock. It either switches to the far left or the right. Is there a fix for this? I have restarted the phone many times and tried removing/adding the widget.
