Since yesterday my DHD seems to be a bit annoying for me due to the vibrate
feedback was occasionally off ........ and then it's on ..... and it's off again T.T
(while typing keyboard on Whatsapp, sms and even when someone's calling me
it's still not vibrate !!!)
i root my phone and flash new version of Buzz's kernel...
Anyone facing with the same problem with me?? and can uguys guide me how to
fix it?? Please....

Do you have any 3rd party apps installed or is this on bare rom? Do you mean it opens on message tab?
If on bare rom, your query should be directed to Duttys rom thread.

it is almost clean ROM..I installed just a few things that I usually install and these are definitely not causing this...it has never happened before with the same apps..
second thing....it does not open on the sms tab but it opens outlook...or whateer is this app called in winmo..SMS/MMS or email..
i dont understand this...I have no unread messages...it hsa never happened before...weird problem...
I will flash R9 on weekend if it will be out already..
if someone has solution or experience the same problem please let it know...

this is the same option as was in the hd tweak...when sms comes phone awakes...does not solve my problem..

Could it be that you didn't setup something related to messaging and the app always starts to force you?
Is sms working?
I actually didnt do anything..
I just noticed that when I press the poewr button to wake up my phone i see the outlook screen..
it it so annoying...
After I flashed R9 this happens much less...but it is still there

i am having the same issue you are. i have a touch pro though and i am even on a different os build then u (maybe a lingering 6.5 bug) . it is very VERY irritating so if anyone has a fix i would appreciate it as well

hi guys, most of us know that with any custom ROM, if we try to switch on or off our desire for any new custom ROM installation/theme installation, it keeps vibrating. its a serious battery concern for me as it decreases 1 percent if it vibrates twice... so i really wanted to remove that vibration while switching it on & off our device...
anyone knows how to do it ????

strange.... please mods if u know how to do it, kindly share that patch.... i have seen cyanogen custom ROMs have this feature during phone call... u can disable vibration when the call connects & disconnects...
i hope likewise, we can have a hack/patch while switching on & off our phone, can we have that same option pls.... pls reply & provide me this little tweak guys....pls
Sleep mode issues
I have discovered that if I let my Artemis go into sleep mode it doesn't "take calls". Doesnt even register a call came in.
It does let me know I had a voicemail
it does pick up on text messages.
Just not incoming calls.
When I try to call out after I wake it up from sleep mode, it tries, but just does not want to connect. Phone doesn't freeze, just never makes the call. when I try to hang up, the "hanging up" screen stays forever, but I can go back to home screen. The phone icon in the top left taskbar never goes away, either. ( happens only sometimes otherwise outgoing works fine)
I am fairly certain this is a known issue, but is there any workaround for this? Perhaps command in startup txt regarding sleep mode?
Its sad..its just like a brick in Sleep mode and u cod end up making many enemies in ur freinds circle when you are not calling back...

when i activated it , it doesn't work all the time (more often it doesn't).
i'm in 1.72 version, but in the 1.32 i have the same behaviour.
is there someone have the same problem ?
is there a way to diagnostic if the problem is hardware or software ??

Have you checked vibration under sound settings?
I had no problems mate...

yes, i checked , uncheked in system setting , in handcent parameter and touchdown (mail).
i reboot many times but the problem still..
your vibrator doesnt work? maybe you burned it up by over using it

Thanks for spending time reading this. And I so sorry am if im posting this wrongly somehow. I'm new ...
I have been using MIUI ever since, and just switched to WajkIUI yesterday. been doing fine, the speed was good, battery's cool ~ the only problem i have so far is the function which allow the fone to vibrate when the call get through.
Its was nice in MIUI, but then with WajkIUI, it vibrates in like ... 200ms, which is very hard to acknowledge if u're not paying much attention. I have this bad habit of placing call, and hold the fone in my hand anywhere away from my head, and only put it to my ear when i got the vibrate signal ... now it's nearly impossible if i'm outdoor to do this... frustrating.
Found the setting in - Settings/Programs/Call Settings (or go to dial and get to setting, same) and it's in Vibration menu. It have 3 options, Vibrate, Weak Vibrate and No Vibrate, which Weak Vibrate is totally not vibrating at all ...
I'm using launcher pro with WajkIUI 1.10.28
P.s: i surfed through all the setting yesterday when i first flashed this ROM, and i think i did see a setting bout vibrating somewhere but i can't find it anymore ... dunno what to do.
