Hello,
I readed on some forum that some androids have a bug that can let the phone sleep( check on phone status) at the bottom awake time if is the same time that the last charge on battery status, you can have this bug.
To remove this, you have to uncheck notifications on bar on sms settings.
Is another way to fix that?
Is anywhay to check the services that prevent the phone sleep?
Thanks!!

wierd thing, when i wake my phone from sleep sometimes i see gps icon on status bar for 1-2 seconds then it disappears.
i'm a little paranoid... it's wierd that the gps seems to be turning on while my phone is sleeping, could this be a symptom of someone doing something on my phone while its sleeping?
anyone ever heard of this before?
Many apps and services like to have access to your location in the background.
If you have allowed GPS to be an available source of location data you will see the icon appear when the app or service is polling.
I would disallow GPS from being used and just let it triangulate your rough location by mobile data/wifi info.
I posted how to change this setting here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2192160
This isn't a huge problem because everything works but it is an annoying item that seems like it should be able to be resolved. I have a widget created in Zooper for the counts of my sms messages and three gmail accounts. The issue is, that the widget doesn't update unless I turn the phone off and on again. So for example, I get an email and it shows a 1 next to that account. I go in gmail and read it. I press my home button to come back to the screen and the counter is still at 1. This doesn't change to 0 until I turn the phone off and on. It also will go to zero when the the minute changes on my zooper-made clock widget.
Any idea how to get my counts widget to update when I've read or cleared my notifications without having to turn my phone off or wait for the minute to change?
I use tasker for a few things and was hoping there was a way I could just set up a task that when I exit sms or gmail apps I can do a force update, but I haven't figured that out.
Thanks for you help
im facing the same problem dude hope a support would be able to explain
I think it's because zooper widget update value is set once per minute. If you will look closely widget updates when - unlock from lockscreen after some time or every time minute passes. It's solution to prevent battery drain. It don't monitor other states than minute change.
Can that be changed ?
Hi there
Sometimes when I receive an email the notification will not show up on the phone, that is no sound and no led notification.
However as soon as I press the power button or unlock the screen the notification will pop up.
It is almost as if the device goes to sleep state when screen is turned off.
The emails that I miss at times due to this problem are time sensitive and really important for my work.
Such delays are at times resulting in direct monetary loss.
This was never an issue on my Galaxy Note 3 from which I have upgraded.
Can anyone of you guide and assist me as to which settings need to be changed to get it to work properly.
Many thanks for your time.
I have a simmilar issue here. Some notifications show up normally, like mail and facebook, but other apps only show notifications if i have they are opened.
It's like the system is forcing close those apps.

Still haven't found any solution.
Things I have tried :
1. Going to Power Master > Battery Mode > Balance
Thinking that in other modes it would kill background apps to save power.
2. Went to Power Master > Autostart Manager > Added apps I need notifications to start on system startup.
Apart from the mentioned problem, I see another one.
I opened What's app notification setting and turned Group Notifications off and Message notifications are set to show silently and minimize.
However the app itself changes the setting and forces messages on screen by itself over riding my changes. Have been happening since a long time now no matter how many times I change the settings.
Update if you can find any resolution.
Hi guys,
There is 10-15 mins delay or no notification at all from some third party apps until I press the power button to turn on the screen - not unlock, just turn on.
It mostly happens to Gmail and the Reolink App for my security cameras.
After I turn on the screen I can receive real time message from these two apps for a while but soon goes back to how it was before.
Things I have done but doesn't help:
1. Enabled “Stay connected when device sleeps” in battery setting.
2. Set apps to "Manage Manually" in App Launch
3. Enabled all notification for Apps.
4. Set "Don't Optimise" for Apps in Battery optimisation
I even followed the instruction below provided by @klaus27 to disable PowerGenie but it is still behaving in this way.

I really dont have any idea now can any one please help me out? Thanks in advance.
Hi there,
It looks like my phone is not "working" when in idle. For example, I need to open my Gmail app to update my email. When I get a sound notification for a supposedly new email, it's usually a 1 or 2 hours email.
Is there a setting I changed by mistake? Do you guys encounter this issue?
Thx guys
MIUI has quite aggressive doze by default, but it doesn't impact Gmail for me. Some apps might need toggling these settings:
1. enable autostart in app info
2. lock app in memory in recents screen
3. disable battery optimization in app info
But I would suspect that you have enabled Battery saver function - make sure that it's off (search for it in system settings).
Hi,
Gmail app is not listed in the menu where I can adjust the way the battery acts with it
And no, my battery saver is not activated
Still digging... if I don't reply back in several days, I may be completely lost into my hole
