I am in Canada and recently purchased a T-Mobile Motorola Cliq XT. T-Mobile will not give me the unlock code because i am not a customer of theirs. I am looking for some kind person to call they and tell them they bought it online and would like to unlock it for travel purposes.
I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me, i got it for my kid for xmas and can;t afford to get them another one as i just got laid off from my job.
if someone can help i will send them the imei
hi
if t-mobile didn't provide you the codes why don't you try the other online providers like Unlocking4U.com to unlock your phone.

I need unlocking codes for The LG c1300 (cingular) and the Samsung R225m(t-mobile). Both mine and my daughters phones broke..i was given these by my mom and sister. I have At&T , who as we all know was bought out by cingular. They will not replace or fix my phones unless i become a Cingular customer with a cingular plan. I lOVE my AT&T plan......free nights at 7!!!! Can someone please help me out with getting these codes? I have even tried buying them ..they have codes for the LG 1300 but not the C1300. Any help would be greatly aprreciated
this post should prob be in the offtypic forum seing that it's phones made by lg and not HTC
i am new to this..sry about that
I've been trying and trying to get someone to unlock my LG incite from different web sites, but none of them seem to have an unlock code for my IMEI even AT&T customer service told me they don't have the unlock code for this IMEI
I really like this phone, but I have T-mobile anyways someone is trying to help me find an unlock code right now but I'm certain that they won't be able to and my only hope would be the turbo sim unlock which the ebay person said it would work with my phone..but I've faced many failed attempt and not even sure if this will help me...anyways Can anyone tell me if this Turbo SIm allow me to use the phone or what other methods can you guys provide me so that I would be able to use this phone?
Thank you
Whoever you spoke to at AT&T lied to you. They have the unlock code. Just keep trying until you get someone that will give it to you. Just tell them something like your going out of the country and need to use a foreign sim card or maybe since your a t-mobile customer you can tell them that you got the Incite, but you need to unlock it to use on your service provider.
ATT trulsy does not have unlock code
ATT truly does not have the unlock code for the incite. I have 2 incites that i am trying to get unlocked, tried calling / chatting ATT tech support. They put my imei into their software and got message that phone is not eligible. I have called and chatted with several different tech support people as well as thier supervisor with same response. Even conference in LG with ATT.. same response. Finally ATT gave me a $20 statement credit for next 3 bills which tells me they are not lying.
I have seen other people also with the same issue.
Does any of the techie guys out here know why it is so tough to unlock this specific phone?
Hi,
I really need some help. I've purchased a replacement HTC One X for the one I previously broke. I purchased from Gumtree knowing that the handset was locked to T-Mobile UK. However I believed I could use one of the online sim unlock code generator sites as I have in the past to Sim unlock it to other carriers.
I've tried 3 sites now and they all report that there is no unlock code in their databases for the IMEI number of the handset.
I called T-Mobile as they advertise that they'll unlock for £15 but they'll only deal with the original customer registered with the handsets IMEI.
I now have no idea what to do with the handset and I'm really worried I've been left with an expensive mistake. :crying:
Can anyone offer any advice to help me resolve this problem? It would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Brian.

from what i know you can't manually unlock the phone to let some other carriers' sim work on it...
Hi, I am new to this whole forum thing (noob)
I am trying to get a cellphone business off the ground. I am quite adept with phone repair and I am just getting into unlocking. I need help looking for unlock software. Money is an issue so a free or cheap alternative would be appreciated. I understand that there are websites that do remote unlock but I have 40+ phones.
Examples of Models are:
MOTOROLA C139
MOTOROLA RAZR v3
NOKIA 6230B
NOKIA 6555B
SAMSUNG SGH T219
SAMSUNG SGH T201G
LG TFLG600GB
LG STLG420GB
Carriers range from:
T-mobile
At and T/ Cingular
Tracphone
Straight talk
Help would be much appreciated thank you!!!
I'm also interested in unlocking software. I have an old phone from Rogers (I'm on Koodo) that I want to unlock. The closest I got was a website that uses your IMEI number to give you the unlock codes for a relatively small fee. However, I'm too cheap for that.
