My NFL mobile has stopped working and now is saying I need to be a Verizon user to have access....any ideas on why?

Does anyone know how to update nfl mobile? I keep getting the download option, but in the market nothing is there. Could this be because this is originally a verizon app?

I use the built in market, you should too, discussion of warez isn't kosher
you can use google's market even if you are rooted, and a good companion to that is app brain
After searching the market and asking VZWSupport on Twitter (Not official or anything) I've been told NFL Mobile does not work with ICS. They are trying to make it compatible as soon as possible. (this means probably next season).
The Galaxy Nexus is my first Verizon phone and I was DYING to have NFL Mobile free premium with my LTE phone like Bionic, RAZR, and others.. LAME!
Does anyone have the latest official NFL Mobile v5.6 from market they can send over. I wanna try and install it anyways.

AFAIK, NFL Mobile has never worked on AOSP ROM's, which is basically what the Nexus is using. Is this an AOSP issue, or ICS issue?

Nfl mobile worked fine on cm7 with a droid incredible 2. I think it's ics.

CM7 is Gingerbread, but at least that's the first one I've heard of NFL Mobile working for. CM7 didn't work with NFL Mobile on my Thunderbolt.
I was told it was an issue with ICS and was being worked on. A completely stock device should at least work with it -- even if doesn't come pre-installed as "bloatware"

Well I got the latest official version from the Android Market and side-loaded -- didn't work. F word!!
It works fine. Looks fine and scales perfect to larger screen and 1280x720p resolution. I even was able to sign into MyVerizon account and everything but then once the app starts (and seems fine) it stops you with an error saying this device is not supported and closes.
Maybe we can disable that check? This is lame

you are mistaken - nfl mobile works fine on my og droid running cm7
The NFL Tablet app works, but not nearly as nice as regular app. At least not on a phone.
Is anyone having this problem where the YouTube app would load but when trying to watch a video it would just buffer and never play I tried it on the mobile site the something happens. Now when i click on desktop version it plays just fine. Is the YouTube app and mobile down for matainence or something?

No clue but which ROM are you on? kernel shouldn't matter much but that would help a well of your on a custom one of those too
