I was wondering if there was a way to get the original Launcher 2 and screen unlocker from the Nexus One installed on a rooted stock 2.2 rom:? I'm aware of launcher pro and adw launcher but would rather have the orignials instead.

I am using MIUI on my HTC DESIRE (GSM)...
I just installed Launcher Pro and it is working fine but when ever i want to change the icon or dock with cusom file it force close..... I reflashed my rom (1.5.20) and it again forced closed...
Then i installed (1.5.13) and again Force closed...
I flashed (1.5.27) and again it was closing....
I even tried different versions of launcher pro and again forced closed...
Though every other thing on launcher pro is working...
Then i uninstalled the launcher pro and installed AWD launcher and then i was able to change the dock aswell as icon....
The problem is I dont want to use ADW launcher because I just love Launcher pro, its widgets and the smoothness....
Can plz anyone can just help me in finding out the error because I dont want to change my rom as MIUI is great and also want to use launcher pro...

I have the same problem, did you find the solution? I don't want any other launcher except LauncherPro I just love it! I have HTC HD2 miui rom...

I wonder if it is possible to use Launcher Pro for your homescreens in combination with the stock app drawer?
I looked around and most people said it wasnt possible.

try it and find out. Also he was on 2.3 which may be different results. Would be cool because I'm missing custom launchers and but I like the stock drawer.
I've tried the custom ICS Nova launcher and its ok. I don't like having to flash it to get it running right.

the only reason why that works is because motorola added a shortcut to the app drawer, and because of how they coded it.
most likely this will be impossible with the stock launcher because there is no shortcut to launch it.

I have a galaxy nexus with stock (samsung) rom, android 4.1.1 jellybean, and I very like the sense 4.0 or the LG UI 3.0, but both of them dont work on jellybean.
Does anyone have a similar launcher to sense/lg 3.0 which works on jellybean?
Now I use Nova Launcher and I dont like very much the original ICS/Jellybean launcher as well as apex/nova (and touchwiz), and I very fear flashing throuch the recovery
I've found that the revamped adw ex launcher has a sense like interface. You might want to try it out.
