This is not a rom...unfortunately this will not help you update via kies.
I suggest you read this whole thing:

its possible if you will compile this sources and make your own firmware
Impossible to update via kies with this file.

The sourcecode is available on http://opensource.samsung.com/ again.

Help on LU6200 downgrading

can any one help me how to downgrade my LU6200 4.0.4 LU620162 to lower firmware so I can root it and install CWM
i can't find the LU620161_00.kdz anywhere, can someone provide a working link?
and why is my LU6200 not booting to recovery mode? if i press Power Button and Volume( - ) button i get a message of data wipe..
pls I need help

First, you should to downgrade version 142. Root and make recovery on version 142. Flash any rom cook ICS

Rom version 142 on mediafire is still alive. Copy & paste link on browser. Don't click on link.

I already tried using one file but I get cab error when using flashtool

When download finish, join 3 files to 1 file KDZ. Then flash file kdz by kdz software.

Update Process
.
1.Download The Driver And Install Them As described
2.Extract Flash Tool.
3.Extract The ROM ZIP.(In a Folder)
4 Run Sp Flash Tool.exe From Flash Tool Folder.
5.GO to Satter-loading On The Flash Tool U opened.
6.There Browse For MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt Under where U Unzipped Your Rom.
7.Disconnect Phone Battery And Click Download On Flash Tool And Connect Phone To PC Via A Cable.Then Connect Your Battery.
8The Rest will be done By Flash Tool.

i did download it in flash it , but its not compatible with my phone
every time i try to flash it it says : invalid format zip !!!
