Help me pleased!! My new XDA II is dead

Hello!
The screen on my XDA went black and phone botons are always ligth. It won't switch on.
I have tried a soft reset and removing the battery but XPA II no work.
Can anyone help?

can u put it in bootloader mode by pressing power+camera+action and soft reset? can u post the picture here?

That's the "select" button on the D-Pad... When you press directly in the center.

I tried put in bootloader mode but the pda not work. Maybe it´s a rom´s trouble?

When I put in bootloader mode, it show the work SERIAL V1.09.
Can I make a update the firmware without sync?

please help me!!! after flashing Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex.zip on diamond screen appers this: YOU DON`T HAVE PERMISSION TO USE THIS ROM CODE and phone restart all time. What to do ? Urgent!!!

Download and flash another HardSPL. Maybe just a bad flash.......

but how to connect to pc ? phone restarts all time

Yes, do a hard reset and wait till you can set date and time. That's where a connection with your pc is made. If mobile device center is connected, flash again the SPL.
Then do the same and flash ROM again.

Big thx to all. Only flashed another rom and problem solved.

Hello,
After flashing, my MDA C4 with HardSPL 1.40 permanently reboots!
I tried Hard Reset, but it doesn't reach date/time screen
It formats itself, restarts and shows splash screen, after few seconds shows Radio/ROM versions on right bottom corner and restarts!
How can I get into flashable mode?

Enter in bootloader. Hold Volume Down button while with stylus press on reset button.

How can I reflash my device directly from bootloader screen???

Diamond just keeps resetting itself

I just flashed macadam ROM and now my phone keeps soft resetting itself it gets to the touch diamond screen..hangs up and then soft resets..

Another option is to flash a stock ROM

i tried stupitly somethings at my new pda, (i set up one rom called DiamondC_HSPL057.exe on Diamond) and now..., soft reset , hard reset, power button ,charge sign, doesnt operate...i tried with full battery but nothing..please help!!!!
i dont think that is a diamond rom.
theres nothing on here named like that.
you might well of bricked it.

If dead try:
...…holding the power button, volume down and hard reset button the same time
.....you can see the bootloader again and (you have to quickly flashed it because it will only sync for few sec) quickly flashed a fresh copy of olipro hardspl and it will be back to life
.....now u can flashed your new rom as a you did before

My exca100 the last week work fine but the monday the exca reboot and frezeeng in green WM screen, i leaves it all night but it does not continue.
I try reflashing but the problem is, the image is corrupted (I cant unlock the exca, so that it does not initiate windows)
Can any one help me.

what do you mean by( I can't unlock the exca)?

Hard Reset
Hard Reset will most likely solve the problem. I had the same problem.
TO HARD RESET:
-Turn off the phone
-Hold 2 soft keys
-press the power button for 3-5 seconds(still holding two soft keys)
-black screen will show up saying that pressing send key(green) will restore your settings to original settings.
-press send(still holding two soft keys)
-the end.
NB: YOU'LL LOSE YOUR PHONE'S DATA.

Don't understand bolded?
You have tryed Hard-Reset not work, remove battery for about 5 mins and replace, try again "Normal boot then if not work try Hard-Reset"

Sorry for my poor english, Im from mexico.
I try the master reset many times it does not work, of several ways, extracting the battery for 5 minutes, 1 hr, 3 days, and it does not complete the reset, freeze in the htc screen, or another times in windows mobile logo screen.
When attempt to change the flash (for solving the problem) the process does not continue of 3%, this happens so I cant execute the jump USPL aplication.
In summary:
reset hard not work (hold 2 soft keys / turn on / black screen / send key)
Change the Rom for repair de damage not work (I cant load the aplication for jump USPL)
Write Rom direct in the bootloader (3 color screen) not work (hold camera button and tur on)
Any idea?
Change bootloader?
Another powerfull rom?
Special software?
Special combination to delete all in the internal memory without entering Romupdateutility locks or windows?
Please helpme to recover my excalibur.

this is so easy to fix,
your old rom now crashed, hardreset can't help you,
to repair,just download a new rom then open bootloader mode.

Just shows sometimes can miss the obvious, bootloader in sticky & flash original ROM in stickys too..

Dont work the reflash in bootloader (try 10 times), I flash the rom and the phone frezz in the same screen (WM logo screen).
Help.

hard reset touch pro2-please help-i cant do it

hello to you all all the member here
i buy htc touch pro2 from us 2 weeks ago,and i install hebrew program into it.
after i install it, it ask me to make soft reset then i did it and after that all i see it black screen with the word HTC on it.
its all i can see now. i was trying to make again soft reset maybe it help but nothing is moving there.
i was trying to make hard reset by presing there and all i see is 4 COLORS AND IT SAID DOWN THERE THE WORD SERIAL and there it stop.as i can know it must move to another screen to ask me if i want to delet and then press volum up then he make the hard reset but he stuck on the screen where is the 4 color.
i realy dont know what to do now.
please, if some one know what to do please help me with it.i realy love this htc pro2.its realy beautiful.
its my first time sending here anything and asking for help.

all that info is in the wiki, but here goes; with the phone OFF press and hold the send and end buttons then press the power button. follow on screen instructions

i know the things about hard reset, im asking about what i have now in my htc.why i cant do hard reset?
for now i see in my phone the word HTC ON BLACK SCREEN.
i press to make hard reset but not responding anything.
even i cant connect to pc with the phone.
when i make soft reset i see same word again HTC.
ALL THAT HAPPEN WHEN I INSTALL THE HEBREW FILE THAT CALL PARAGON.
so what shell i do next ?
i cant put new rom , i cant make hard reset, i cant connect to pc.
and i have this phone only for 2 weeks.
all i see lots of people here same problem with TP2 to make hard reset.
is that the problem with that htc or what ?

1. While the HTC Touch Pro 2 is off, press and hold Talk/Send, End and Power until you see a message on the screen about deleting all data.
2. Release the buttons after the message appears.
3. Press the Volume Up button.

soft reset your phone, then turn it off and try hard reseting again

Remove the battery first to power it off (if that wasn't clear), then replace the battery and hold in send/end while pressing the power button.
