Does anyone know where I can find some multiplayer bluetooth games for the TP2? My wife and I want to play Yahtzee or Scrabble or other games like that.
I searched the web and grabbed 6-7 different games, but none of them work over bluetooth, you have to pass the phone back and forth.
Any info is appreciated, thanks!
Can try this:
http://4connect.en.softonic.com/windowsmobile
Or this:

Or this:

This thread has basically every multiplayer game ever created in it:

I haven't tested any of these on TP2 mind you. Let me know your findings if you try them.
Don't know why I never thought of this.. Thanks.
I found a chess game..

Is the Artemis any good with emulators for consolegames, arcadegames and such? I'm just thinking that the clockspeed of the Artemis isn't really up to par with what is needed for most emulators.
I'm going to download the ScummVM later today to relive those glorious days of lucasarts adventure games.
But I was also thinking of downloading something like Morphgear. But as I've gathered Morphgear is discontinued. Some of the modules became open source, while others remain commercial (i.e. you have to pay for them). I'd really like to know if GBA games can be played in a decent way on the Artemis. Games like fire emblem, final fantasy tactics and such...
Also, can anyone PM me a link to a site with the game files for scummvm-games. I have bought these games on my Amiga500 back in the day and I can't imagine why i would have to pay for these games all over again, just to play them on my PDA. They should just release these games for free use so we can all enjoy these gems.

generally the Artemis can run the games, the problem comes when you want to control them! the buttons dont make the greatest game pads...
Monkey Island rules haha! I've you're interested I can PM you Monkey Island 1 + 2. I'm to trying to complete the game without a WWalkthrough but it's just too hard hehe
That would be awesome. I'm betting i'll find it harder to complete it this time round to when I was 13-14 and used to playing this kind of point and click adventure games all the time. I'm gonna look and see if i can find: Sam & Max, Loom, Full Throttle, Indiana Jones, Maniac Mansion...(i'm guessing that Grim Fandango isn't playable on ScummVM).
Which coincidentally brings me to another loved series of mine back in the day...Police Quest (and also King's Quest, Space Quest, Leisure Suit Larry...). Is there an emulator out there that allows you to play these games???
=> I found a program called PocketSarien, but the latest build i found was for pocket pc 2000!! anything else out there?
Does anyone know if this build of morphgear will run on the Artemis:
Morphgear Windows Mobile - Download Version 2.4.0.9
Pocket PC devices with the Intel XScale processor. This includes devices such as the Dell Axim X5 Advanced, Dell Axim X3, and HP iPAQ 2215.
The Artemis doesn't feature said processor, so I'm curious if it can run on it.
Hey, Which version of ScummVM works on the Artemis? i'm guessing its gonna be "Windows CE ARM package" from http://www.scummvm.org/downloads.php#stable .
cheers
You're right. It's the ARM Package. I have it installed and running since yesterday.
There's a great topic about ScummVM and its games on their forum:
http://forum.scummvm.org/viewtopic.php?p=24519&sid=69406681e9cf5636123d019c275c6c5d
Even though it explains everything in detail, I just can't seem to get Lure of the Temptress working (free download on ScummVM site). I wrote the files to a specified folder on my storage card (called ScummVMGames) and when I start up ScummVM and it asks me if it should automatically scan for games, it finds nothing, even when I manually redirect it to the folder where I stored the game.
Any help would be greatly appreciated...as well as sending me some games

ok cool thanks i'll see if i can get the game to work...
Downloaded Flight Of The Amazon Queen and this one works as a charm. Very nice to play this type of games again. That absurd sense of humour found in games like Monkey Island is also present in this one and I absolutely love it. Wonder if Discworld will be playable...
Does anyone know about the new game that can run on HD Mini? My child need to play them. Can anyone help me, please?
Need for speed. Cops & Robbers.
Hey anyone! I need the easy game for children. Soneone help me, please.

Hi and good day to all
(this is my 1st post actually)
just got the Xperia Play last week and just sold my old galaxy5 .. been browsing the forums and upgraded it to the latest firmware and kernel(thanks Mr DoomLord!)..
that's why it also inspired me to create an account and be a part of this forum rather than lurking.. anyway,
I saw some games for the xperia play and its all great but
I'm not quite familiar with the playstation pocket feature.. and the're also what they call FPSE and Psx4Droid, and cant seem to understand how to use them or which to use, right now im just playing the stock Crash Bandicoot shipped with it.
Can someone advice what's best to use or the easiest to setup because Ive tried to check those emulators and got me all confused with mixed opinions from people on other forums..
Thank you very much for your time
~nooj
Ok Playstation pocket is and app that list's all your bought "official" playstation games. If you launch the app and click on the search icon, a list of all available games to buy will be listed although there are not many yet.
Both psx4droid and FPse are playstation emulators. FPse is by far the more superior of these applications, I am yet to find a game that dosent run pretty perfectly on FPse. To use these emulators legally, you need to first rip the bios from your PS1 into .bin format, then rip any game you wish to play into .iso/.bin/.cue/ect.
Thanks Androhero!
Okay! Will try FPSE!
Is there already a free downloadable links for this?
I'm excited to play FF7 and MGS1 ! Thanks!
Well I'm going on holiday soon and I wanted to know some Must have's to entertain me on the FOur and half hour flight, Any suggestions?
You probably would have already got the list...but in my opinion...the games would be
1. GTA III
2. Gangster Rio
3. Trial Xtreme 2
The Apps which I have and might be useful are (apart from the already present default ones like Google Maps and stuff)
1. Tasks
2. Shazam
3. Viber
4. Whatsapp
I would like to see more suggestions myself as I will be travelling to attend a music festival myself...
Any emulators by yongzh
I don't understand the fascination with Yongzh emulators.... apart from netplay, they are worse in just about every way than other emulators... n64oid is probably the exception, and we dont have an alternative (yet) to gameboid, but the rest have much better alternatives available.
I pray every day for another gba emulator, gameboid looks horrid and I cant stand to play games looking that blurry, its an assault to the eyes.
I like loop / music making programes to play around for a bit, using nanoloops for that atm. and works good
If you got Wifi there, go for veetle or sopcast player to watch some flicks.
Any suggestions for a program to use/play game roms??
Like a PS3 or NES? There are a few in the play store, so hang on and someone will advise. My games are old pc DOS games so I use DosBox.
NES, Snes, genesis. I have the game zips downloaded just need something to run them.
I checked the android market (Google play) and saw lots of them.
Do you use any specific one?
I don't play enough games. I really should but I'm still feeling guilty about all those wasted hours playing Doom, Quake, and a few other time bandits.
You have your games on your SD card.
So, just grab the app with the most stars and try it. I for one would like to know what you learn.
Ok
