Battery on Ebay - JASJAR, XDA Exec, MDA Pro Accessories

Hi,
can anyone recommend any ebay seller who sells a good battery for xda exec? I've read that there are batteries that discharged fast, so I would like to have someone who has succeeded in purchasing a good battery on ebay recommendation.
Thanks.

Welcome to forums
try to find a member called dukenukem, he sells original batteries and he´s trustable
I have no experience on ebay

HI
I SELL A BATTERI 4 UNI FROM 3200 mAh IS NEW AND IN THE PACK
IF U ARE INTEREST SEND ME AN EMAIL
BYE

The original batteries are manufactured by Dynapack, part number of standard is PU16A, the extended 3800mAh has part number PU16B. IMHO if you ask seller what is the manufacturer and P/N of battery he sells, it may help. I would too buy only original, my friend has so called 4500mAH battery, it lasts much less than my original 3800mAh.

Extended use Batteries for XDA EXEC

Hi all, please can anyone give me a link to a website that sells batteries with ratings higher than the standard 1620mah AND importantly indicate the correct % of power remaining when in use, I say this as I purchased a 1750mah from ebay and it reads 100% ALL the time regardless, even when it runs completely flat (and yes I had it replaced but same story!)
Thanks in advance to all who reply.
Philby
www.mobilefun.co.uk do the 3200mAh extended battery, I got mine from www.ebay.co.uk - I'll be trying it out as soon as it arrives.
MobileFun did an offer on it last week, £23 instead of £37. Sorry! XP
Please do post a reply when you see how it works out!

Need advice on battery at eBay

Hi,
I need to buy a new battery for my Universal, as the current one is getting old and does not manage a heavy workday anymore.
I have seen the ones offered at eBay and I am aware that they are not original ones.
The question I have: are they worth the 15 Euro, or should I buy an original battery for 40 Euro? Is there a way to distinguish good ones from bad ones just by looking at the pictures?
I am only interested in the 1600-1700 mA ones, as I don't want my Universal to get bigger.
Thanks!
Cheers,
vma
I bought a 4800mAh battery 3 months ago from China, and it is working very well..
Pm me if you would like to know Ebayer contact. (he should have standard batteries too)
Hi,
Thanks for the offer, but I prefer to buy from european sellers through eBay. Customs is very problematic here in Portugal and might cost more than the original product (i.e. 25 Euro just for the handling...).
I just would like to know which ebay-sold batteries with regular size would be recommended.
Cheers,
vma
@ unapproachable2kx
How much bigger does the 4800 make the xda?
Just to let you guy's know: I bought a battery at ebay (1750 mAh) and it seems to work fine. Total cost with shipping: 23 Euro.
Cheers,
vma

Could you tell me which ebayer sold it?
Hi,
The seller was "trade-shop", but they are located in Germany.
The item I purchased was like this one: 330220303130
The picture however, does not represent the actual battery I got and they advertise it as 1700mAh, while the one I got is 1750mAh,
But the point is: my Universal was not lasting a whole day (12 hours - 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) anymore. It would shut off at 6 p.m. when I received a little more phone calls.
Now it lasts like 48 hours!
Cheers,
vma
i bought a 1750 mAh battery too
phone was switching off all the time etc
now lasts about 72 hours with random texting during the day
or 48 hours with random texting and calls
Maybe anybody could advice something?
Today I received at last new battery 4800 mAh which i've bought from ebay for 37$ with delivery from Hong Kong to Russia, producer Cameron Sino Technology. Well, now it is already more then 16 hours of charging without any success - red led is lighting all that time but my Qtek 9000 doesn't want to start:-( So guys maybe anybody coud advice something? And make the note for yourself about this ****ing producer of battery!!!
size of 1750mah
Hi, i need to buy a new battery for my universal, i see photo of 1750mah and it seem like it's bigger than standard 1620mah, does battery 1750mah need bigger back cover ?

Another 'battery from ebay' thread but the seller is well known

I know not to buy any old battery from ebay because it will most probably be poor quality, unsafe and old (An engadget article showed lots of batteries being relabelled as new)
But I saw a 2430mah battery for the arc on ebay and the only reason why I am considering it is because the seller, e-cell, are very good, reliable and honest. I have bought a lot from them (not batteries though) so Im seriously considering whether to go for these. Some plus points:
Made in japan, not china
Offers 1000mah more but same size as original
Seller has already sold 25 and has 98.6% feedback from 75,000 sales
2 year warranty included
At £13 price is a bit suspect so should I go for it?

Well, i also have bought 1800mAh battery from ebay and it cost RM8.00 only and thats very cheap even for a 2nd hand batteries. I used it for a couple of days and the performance is the same as original 1500mAh battery from Sony...but the difference is that the temp. of the battery. Well i don't know if it is the battery or not but the temperature of the ebay battery is kinday low..I have used the original, when i surf the internet the temp will go up to 41`c but the ebay one only up to 28`c even for long hour of uses, and my phone not responded like i wanted.....well i don't know if it is the battery or not..
But if it's me, i buy the battery cause it's cheap anyway right...what you gonna lose..Just buy and if it's good then great, if it's bad, just feedback to the seller about it...
well thats me anyway...
So did you buy and try out the battery?

Is this the one labeled "GOLD"? I would be very careful. Yes, e-cell is a good seller, I've bought other stuffs from them too. I bought a "GOLD 1930 mAH, Made in Japan" battery from them for my old Samsung Galaxy S last year, but the battery lasted way less than the stock battery, and did not improve even after over 10 charging cycles. I've emailed them about my observation, their customer service came back to me rather quick and advised me to return the battery, to which I did not as it was just a bit of a hassle for me.

S3 Original Battery?

Is this battery Real or Fake?

Looks real, but I would get a battery with more mah . UK has real stuff. if u r ordering from china/honkong than its fake.
been trying the zerolemon battery from amazon which is 2300 MaH compared to the 2100 Mah that the original samsung battery carries, and it is a big improvement.
Here is the link http://www.amazon.com/Warranty-Zero...&sr=8-2&keywords=zero+lemon+battery+galaxy+s3
Cant beat the price of $8.99 plus $0.69 shipping.

shipping to turkey cost about 10 $.
UK or not UK, almost all batteries sold on eBay are fake. I'd hazard a guess that even a claimed ZeroLemon on eBay is probably not a ZeroLemon, but some Chinese counterfeit - even if shipped from UK.
Then again, in Hungary, I got a fake from a Samsung authorized reseller/service center! They got the batteries from Samsung Hungary in a sealed box with Samsung logo, all genuine ones on top, a mixture of genuine and fake batteries lower down in the box. Someone at Samsung Hungary has been trying to make some additional $$$ (or more like FtFtFt).
I'd recommend you to buy a new battery from an aftermarket company, rather than a Samsung original, because the Samsung original is probably used (even though they might sell it as new).

its fake .. the logo sticker is upside down.
It says "GENUINE 2100mAh BATTERY FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY S3" so if you find out that is not you can ask for money back and still keep the battery

Haha!
To be honest mate, i really doubt the authenticity of those so called original/genuine batteries on ebay.
I have been chatting with many sellers on ebay that claimed OEM Original batteries and I found out that almost every seller calls their batteries Replacement batteries and claims that NFC is not working. So, instead of taking a fake 2100mah, I choose a fake 4300mah!!:good:
They all cheat .....

In the picture you see the battery in RETAIL BOX, but in the description they say (BULK PACKED NO RETAIL BOX)
I bought a new battery like this and after a few days, that battery is worst than my original ... that is really bad .... (No more than 2hrs in use)

Extended battery

Hello everyone I found this on alliexpress is it worth? anyone try any of this extended batteries? 3500mAh BL-T5 Li-ion Polymer Batter...1110/518985187.html
(from AliExpress Android)
Sent from my LG-E975 using XDA Free mobile app
Bump.
Did anybody try any of those or similar batteries? Im thinking about purchasing sonething like that.
I highly doubt it would be 3500. My advice would be to find a legit lg battery, may cost a big extra but will last longer.
Yes they aint 3500 mAh as the comments already say, but i couldnt find any legit 'big battery'. It also seems like noone is really interested in that. For Nexus4 theres a thread where op included a second Bat with custom backcover.
A lot claim they are legit but highly doubt they are. Bricks and mortar shops don’t stock LGOG stuff....never really did.
Polarcell batteries are in my opinion the best after market replacement batteries. However the only seller I could find has priced the battery ridiculously high...cheaper to get a new phone.
http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/m.html?_...3.TR0.TRC0.H0.XBL-T5.TRS0&_nkw=BL-T5&_sacat=0
I would avoid cheap brands claiming high capacity for an internal battery as they could end up frying your phone (leaking acid or expanding due to heat)
I bookmarked this site ages ago, never bought stuff from them, but appears legit http://www.etradesupply.com/lg/lg-o...t-screen-battery-parts/lg-optimus-g-e975.html
Have you tried contacting LG in your country? They may be able to sell you one directly or suggest an approved service centre in your area.
I had 2 Polarcells sent from the linked eBay seller in Germany, both were complete rubbish.
The first one gave me less than 90 minutes screen on time which was less than my 2 year old original battery.
After a week I complained, and they sent me a replacement that they "tested".
It was DOA, I tested the terminals with a Multimeter and it wasn't even putting out 1V. So much for testing!
The one positive I can give AKKU is that despite their dodgy product, they were happy to refund.
Couldn't find a genuine replacement and I settled on a fake which gives me similar runtime to the original..
