HI,
Has anyone got any idea if the notification manager can be tweaked so that battery indicator/percentage, wifi, network etc can be displayed in the notification page when the title bar is tapped. Currently it only shows notifications for sms/mms or calls etc. Want to access battery quickly as well in notifications.
hi,
check this thread, notification manager 1 and this one notification manager 2

Yo! I've been using SMS Popup for some time now and just realized that the led blinking rate and different colors have been working flawlessly ever since I updated my modem/baseband to UVLI3 with Ktoonsez kernel on WildChld's v70 rom. I know there is the Light Flow app, but I just find this a lot more simpler and more useful. Here's the play store link:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.everythingandroid.smspopup&hl=en
Enjoy!
SICK!!! Thanks so much for posting this.
The notification (red circle that says 1) on the message icon stays even after I send the message through SMS Popup (yes I disabled notification on stock messenger). Does the notification stay for you guys?

Not sure if the colors work on stock. At least they didn't when i was running stock. To test the colors, I had to send myself test texts.
Ok so on stock you say these wont work at all eh? Ugh.. personally I hate how stock even handles LED anyways.. seems to always cut off. I just dont wanna change roms till official JB comes out and roms are based on it.

Anyone using stock rom with LED stuff working?
Seems like a cool app. Just downloaded it. Hope to give it a good run.
Oh its a very good app. Been here since Htc G1 days. Why Google never added it as an option. No clue. Just wish LED light would work on stock.
Fixed, found an app, LED Blinker Pro, it is better than Light Manager and Light Flow.

Hi,
I have a rooted Galaxy Note 2 running Omega V16. I have tried both Light Manager & Light Flow. I am unable to do the following.
For Light Manager:
In alternative mode, I changed the colour for Facebook Messenger into Red colour, but I couldn't achieve that. It still appears as Green.
For the Light Flow (paid):
I changed the colour for Facebook Messenger into Red colour, but I couldn't achieve that. It still appears as Green.
Would like to know if anyone have this issue.
Thanks!

Facebook and facebook messenger are supported. Chat heads is supported with release 3.7.0 which was released on Friday.
You can also separate out facebook event notifications, friend requests etc and set them all up differently (or not at all if you are not interested in that notification type)

You'll need to make sure "accessbility" is on for lightflow. Phone settings->accessibility->lightflow.
Then just go into lightflow->notifications-> and they should be there.
If you add a contact to the notifications (with the button at the top of the screen) you'll also be able to set up contact specific notifications for facebook messenger chat heads.

If you've got the full version it should show in there. A little puzzled if it isn't.

If you get chance, could you post a quick screen shot of the notification list (around the letter "f")?
I'm using DARTHSTALKER ROM. I uncheck the box: show notification on the app, but when I reboot, the notification appears. How can I hide them?

I had this issue to... I just check the notification box i app manager and then unchecked it again. Only way I found. Then again I never really looked into that much since it wasn't a big inconvenience.
Use the notify clean module in xposed, it will have your notification issues.
So I can't find how to disable the lockscreen notifications? I have apps that use persistent notifications and now they are always on the lockscreen! Very annoying.. Thanks for any help

Weird. There is a way, yes, to disable it. Even to select how much info it shows up.
But I can't find it anymore, somehow.

Oh yes, it's in Sound.
Talk about awkward placement.
Also, weird. I've got three options: Show all notifications, hide only confidential and hide all
Lucky you

Actually I found a new problem. Disabling the lockscreen notifications also removes them from the status bar, I don't want this. Can it be fixed so that they are in the status bar but don't pop up on the screen when locked?

Exactly! It seems it's all or nothing now. You either get them on the lockscreen and status bar or not at all. The more and more I use Lollipop, the more and more I dislike it. This is yet another reason. Seriously thinking of going back to KK, Xposed and GravityBox.
how to get this lock screen working on G3 20A? the current one just shows 2 notifications and everything else is just a icon.

i think you can't.... LG ruined lollipop with his crap
Think I am having similar issue. I used Heads Up application for notifications (which is good) however since 5.0 heads up still works, but on my pull down screen I also see a similar notification .. that although I have dismissed with heads up, the lollipop notification still exists. I have done hide notifications, but it still seems to be there
Am I just being thick?

Sure. That makes perfect sense.
Hi all,
Yesterday I noticed that my always on display icons have changed from their previously nice loooking grey scale icons into hideous colour ones. The whatsapp icon also used to show a computer icon to indicate I had whatsapp web open and the regular icon if I had an unread message. Now it just shows an ugly green icon regardless.. Has anyone else had this happen and know how I can reverse it? I didn't see any notifications to indicate an update and they're set to not auto install. My MIUI version is 11.0.2.
Cheers

Go settings-notifications-notification bar-pick android.
This doesn't affect the notification icons on the always on display unfortunately.
I fixed it! I installed the apk from the following link that I found from another thread. Apparently it adds more apps icons too!
