Hi there,
I'm trying to get my long press send button to turn the bluetooth on/off. Is there a program about that will do this? The program will only need to turn bluetooth on/off when loaded as I can call it myself with the settings.
Cheers

This is bugging me big time. When my handsfree device is connected to my phone via BT, the phone answers a call automatically on the first ring, for any and every call. The Auto Answer setting in Phone-Settings-More is UNCHECKED. What the heck?
Furthermore, turn off Bluetooth, and the phone stops auto answering. Does anyone know how to stop this? Is this a glitch of WM6's BT stack?
is there any answer for this issue ?
it's killing me and accidentally press Mute button
Hi,
It's possible to start programs on the XDA via "voice speed dial". I would like to be able to adjust "phone profiles" (ie silent, Vibrate, normal) by voice..........is this possible??
Cheers
Rob.
Must be possible, but i know no easy way. Since you can use voicecommand for starting apps (shortcuts in the start menu) you need shortcuts for each profile.
I use AEButton, In here you can map hardware buttons for al lot of things, such as vibrate, bT on/off, wifi on/off etc.
You can set the ringer volume etc. using Microsoft Voice Command.

I am using an 8125 with Slide2Unlock and the Iphone dialer pad. Even with the standard dialer phone pad, if I want to stop using the headset during a call I must use the menu button at the bottom and select "Turn Hands-free off".. There are times that I do not want to use my BT headset or vehicle hands free unit. I would like to know if anyone had extracted that command and if it could be placed on the "in call" dialer skin as a hot button, like hold or mute, without having to go through the menu to access it. I don't need anything fancy that toggles the bluetooth on/off, in fact I would like to leave that unaffected. Simply a command that shortens the finger strokes of going through the in call menu and setting the handfree status.
Thanks in advance to brain tank.....
Does anybody have any ideas????? Please would really like an app like this....
Please Please...really want an app like this but I have no idea how to make one.
Thanks
have you tried holding down the green call button whilst in a call? Works on my SPV M1000 to turn speaker phone on....

Speaker phone is not my issue, I want to toggle between Headset and Handset while in a call. Like pressing menu/Handfree off.

I tested a today plug-in which did it, unfortunately I don't remember the name. AFAIK it is the only software capable of doing it while in a call, so.... hope you'll find it

Just checked and its already disabled so that didn't work....... Any other ideas?
Cannot see why the volume control would be greyed and only half way. Bluetooth the speakers etc all have a working volume control but not telephone.
I think you have the device to be connected to the phone via Bluetooth for it to not be grayed out and be able to set it up.
After that it'll stay on, but showed greyed when disconnected.

The telephone Bluetooth volume control on the phone is greyed out when the phone is connected to my Mercedes via Bluetooth. Bluetooth telephone works fine in the car but I cannot adjust the volume on the phone as I can with all other Bluetooth devices. The volume slider on the phone is greyed out and set at 50% when connected so cannot increase the Bluetooth volume which I would like to do as the volume is low.
Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue.
Connections>Bluetooth>Advanced settings
Dual Audio and Media volume sync, try toggling these.
These are known trouble makers that can toggle randomly dating back to at least N9. A recent Wearables update fixed one of these related issues I think.
When in doubt clear system cache in the boot menu.
If nothing else gets it, reset network settings (fairly painless).
