Hello,
I've installed Garmin XT and navigating voice volume is somehow too low I think. It's usable, but if I listen to the same HD mp3 player in the meantime, that volume is much higher.
(I put the Garmin volume to 100%!)
p.s. Is it possible to make music volume automaticly lower when voice instruction from garmin, like when I get incoming call?!
I have GMXT on my Nokia and Alsoo i see that wolume is lower than for the player.
When i receive a call i do not get any voice instruction. when i hang up the voice start again.
Ok, tnx for reply.

Can the XDA2s phone be configured to produce loud audio so it can be used as a handsfree speakerphone? The audio from Fonix Voice Dialler is loud but as soon as a call connects it drops to telephone levels.

Yes, during the call, press and hold the green phone key for 2 secs.
I tend to dial the no, soon as it rings, press & hold green key for 2-3 secs till i can hear the ringing. Not bad too.
Thanks.

R O F L, so I have had my MDA3 for almost a year now and ALL THIS TIME I was thinking why in the world would MDA3 not have a speakerphone since my last H6315 (hp) had a neat little icon for speakerphone right by the "talk" button.
Thanks for posting this!!!!
This can also be achieved programatically
Here is an article:

as far as I know all MS smartphones and pdaphones have all had this same functionality since the release of WM 2002
Actually the speakerphone is very device dependent. So we should be more concerned on the features HTC has to offer then Microsoft.
Still speakerphone is a must, so i doubt that it wouldnt be included on a phone-capable device.
This problem I am having seemed to start with WM5 AKU 2.3 and is still happening to me in WM6. If someone calls me, and I push the button on my bluetooth headset to answer, my ringtone plays for about a half a second to the person calling me. They usually complain about a loud noise when I answer the phone. I have discovered if I push the answer soft key on my phone instead, it doesn't play the ringtone, but it takes a little longer for my headset to pick up. This happened with my old headset (Plantronics Discovery 640) and my current headset (Jawbone). Has anyone else experienced this problem? If there was some way to adjust the delay for when the headset picks up, I think it would fix this problem because when pressing the key on the phone to answer there is a delay, but when pressing the button on the headset, there isn't.
Thanks...Brian

I work in a cubicle and listen to music all day via headset. If I get a phone call, I pull out the headset and talk to the person. Once the call is over, my music blares though the speaker until I can quickly volumne it down to silent.
How can you turn off the speaker?
any ideas on on settings, procedures, software that will help solve my little problem?

try this:
just put your device volume to zero (not loudless). your headset should have an own volume changer...
maybe this works
it is also possible to simply complete your call while on your headset. Am assuming you are using the one that came with your phone. This would eliminate the need to unplug your headphones.
As per the title, I've been having issues when trying to use voice search when my OP3 is connected to my cars Bluetooth. The head unit has a dedicated button for using voice search, which I quite often use to send text messages whilst driving.
The issue is I simply can't hear it, the volume is too quiet. Even when the car is stationary I can only just hear it. There's no volume control for the app either. Sure, in call volume can be changed and I can hear that no problem, media too. My S6 Edge was perfectly audible (except the initial "bling" noise the app makes to let you know it's listening).
Does anyone know what could be causing this and how I could fix it?
Cheers
Hello,
i really like my Hotaudio unit. But one think is a big Problem.
When i use a Naviapp and activate it in the Navi Monitor. The Voice is really low Volume it has only the Same Volume like the volume from the Music.
When i set in Navi Monitor "Navi and Radio" it is so low that i didnt hear the Voice. When i Set "only" Navi the Music Stop for the Moment and the Navi Voice is to hear. But i want to have the Navi Voice generel louder. Becaue when i have set the Radio Vol. for example to 8 then it is to low Vol.
In the Navi App (TomTom) the Voice is on highest Vol. Level set.
But what i look for, on my Orignal Radio there was the Setting for Navigationsound separatly. Is there a way to add this on the Unit?
My Samsung Smartphone has Sound Vol for "Ringtone", "Media", and "Systemssound" the Dasaita Unit has only one Sound
Hope you can Help me =)
