Updating country and operator images

I must notice that there are some corny data in flags and operator logos.
Yugoslavia ceased to exist in 2003 and until a month ago was called Serbia and Montenegro. A month ago two countries split apart and they are two independent states now.
I can provide you with the new flags which style will be very simillar to those already used at the forums.
Also, there are 2 GSM operators in Serbia, Mobtel (curretly is on sale) and Telekom Srbija. The first one you have listed under Yugoslavia and it has no image (uses defaul fido.ca). That should be corrected too. I can find their logo and resize it for the forum needs.
The same is with Moldova: there are two GSM providers in the country: one of them is Voxtel, which in 1-2 months will be Orange (listed here, but without logo) and Moldcell. you can see the logos of both companies on www.voxtel.md and www.moldcell.md
Also china would be great. There are 3 gsm providers, china telecom and china unicom.
I would like to provide image for my operator too. And color stripes in country flag is not in right proportions
I can prepare images if it is possible to change this.
Also in Israel, you don't have one GSM carrier. its called Cellcom, and I would be happy to send the Logo if you wish.

Logo for Provider Austria Orange (aka ONE)

in Austria, Orange bought ONE (Connect Austria), so it would be nice to see the Orange logo instead the ONE one
see http://www.one.at for details

you should have asked it there....
it will also be seen here, but we usually request it there
Hello farukb,
thanks a lot for your information, i'll keep it in my mind for the next time.

Omnia 7 Holland (Where To Buy?)

Hey, my buddy is trying to find the Omnia 7 (unlocked and unbranded) but isn't able to find anything. Everywhere he looks it's branded, and so he (and I) are doubtful about it being unlocked as well.
Appreciate any help from anyone in the region who's been successful at picking one up.
belsimpel.nl or dynabyte.nl
Pdashop.nl
That's where I ordered my Trophy 7,
Great service, good delivery.
Thanks guys, just curious. Upon first startup. Was the setup in Dutch or in English?
I got mine from ExpanSys.nl, mine is T-mobile Germany branded (only a boot logo before the normal boot one, plus some T-mobile software). My Setup was in German, then I changed it in English. There is no dutch language available.
Well, out of those 4. Looks like belsimpel is the cheapest @ 493, and ExpanSYS is the most expensive @ 555.
Just curious about the language now. Since yours was a German T-Mobile, I suppose it would have to be in German on setup. But what if it was unbranded? Hope someone can answer that for me.
some languages are not supported at release,
The support for dutch language will be available in 2011 (april if i'm not mistaken) But the only thing i miss is the dutch spell correction, I'm more a fan of the english menu's
The initial setup of mine was english, it's a vodafone branded device.
Unbranded, English in Netherlands.

o2-UK HTC One X - branded

Im getting mines directly from o2-UK and im wondering if it will be branded physically on the phone or will it just be things like the splash screen?
If you get a branded version then it will only be firmware. You don't get a network logo on any of the UK One X's.
If it is branded then you'll have to wait for O2 to approve firmware before it'll be pushed out to you as an update.
Ah ok cool.. Ordered my phone on Wednesday and the wait is killing me
I want to play with it!!!!

Operator Branding.

How subtle is operator branding in WP7 handsets?
I cant see any evidence that my handset (HTC Titan) is a branded handset, but I wondered if there was a way to tell for sure that it isnt.
Sorry for the daft question, I expect the answer will be that a branded device would be obvious, and that means mine wont be. FWIW, I bought it from an on-line phone shop rather than o2 directly.

Carrier branding would be the logo somewhere on the face of the phone, a splash screen when booting and maybe a few apps preinstalled.
Thanks, that's what I figured. Mine must be unbranded then
mine's direct from Vodafone and apart from their logo upon bootup and the red theme there is no other branding.
Thanks for that, I don't have an o2 splash screen on startup, and the theme was set to HTC green. I guess its an unbranded one..
