CRITICAL:
1. You have the choice of which dialer to install.
This is very important!! You must install a dialer from one of the

3. For the weather to show up on the Manila2D homescreen
you have to install the CDMA Home Weather Fix.cab

weather tab of M2D, or else M2D will not launch.
4. To add custom cities for the weather tab on M2D, go to Start,

There will be an updated sprint release coming this weekend...
I am having problems extracting it from the .rar file. I keep getting an error. I have tried downloading it three times with the same result. It is the Bell version I am having trouble with

ROM Issues
I seem to be having trouble with this ROM. I'm an aspiring young chef trying to take after the masters. I'm trying to using my hex editor so I can add my name to programs such as that ingenious USB2PC program you put so much effort into..I just want to add my name to it so I can include it in my own ROM. I also need advice on how I can go about removing any references to authors for the programs included in the ROM, such as HTC or Microsoft/Windows. Instead of Microsoft Windows Mobile, it will just be called "AceszMobile. After I finish the work intensive project, I will call the newly revamped device the...ACETouch! So all programs with HTC references will need to be renamed accordingly.
Also how do I coin my own personal ROM protection like your NSFFan rom protection, so that I can insure that no thieves will steal my stolen code? Lastly, how do I go about putting on a donate button so I can get paid for my hard work? Your superior advice would be much appreciated.

I have no clue what happenned with the NFSFAN episode and I don't really care. All I know is that his ROM works perfectly on my P3050 and I appreciate his work.
I upgraded my Bell ROM from 1.8 to 1.2 and it is working great except it cannot lock GPS. With 1.8 it was taking around 10 seconds to lock but with 1.2, I cannot lock satellite at all???? thnx

Rom 3.62 is no more based on Pandora. I have used ROMDonald's to do the cooking by hand.

I am running it
I have loaded it and running it for the past 20 hrs and it looks fine for me. You all should excuse me, I am not good writer and am sure wont do justice for this ROM if I try to write a review.
I used to run Schap's 3.54c before loading Fun_Keys rom. I noticed that this Rom gives me more Program memory than 3.54c, I have installed Resco Radio, Pocket Weather, News Break, Total Commander, Avinasoft Calling Card and Microsoft Live Search app. I have TZones $5.99 plan so I cant use the built in HTC Weather and thats the reason for having Pocket Weather. I have setup Push mail on the device and receive mails heavily on a regular basis. I regularly use all the apps mentioned above, as a matter of fact after loading the rom and setting up all my apps I have used all the apps more than once and didn't reset the device in 20 hrs and have 16.79 MB program memory left.
My only gripe would abt the Extended Rom. There is no sign of it in the Rom as mentioned Fun_Keys. I tried to go to \\Extended_Rom from Total Commander and it took me nowhere, it doesn't even show up in the Device Info app.

You can use advance configuration to unhide&unlock it. The ext rom is still present, as I don't use bepe's trick to merge it with the main ROM
I think this is safer this way; some people reported instability after some days with the merged ext_rom
Not bad at all...
I've just tried it out and it seems not too bad at all... pretty damn fast compared to my last Black Magik ROM, although the initial Black Magik boot screen is still there

This is an OS only upgrade, splashscreen remain untouched. You *should* be able to build your own splashscreen through this guide.
But I haven't created any splashscreen since the animated one came out; can't say how it really works.
Thanks for the tip, I will take look... I don't want to ruin the animated HTC one tho. Do you have a static screen capture of the HTC splash screen so that I can simply make them the same? (sorry, straying off topic...)

I made an additional splashscreen only update. You can now have it setuped. I tried it on my own device and it worked flawlessly

I've tried it by it seem to be slow to me, I personally don't like the winbar but I like the new the vista look and a lot of nice applications. I wish I could have the Cab for those programs.
The ROM already includes interent sharing and sip change.
The links will be up later(hopefully tonight or tomorrow). I had used the 3.02 Sprint ROM build 19588 as a base and it worked great but I am working on V3.0.
It will use the Sprint 3.03 ROM build 19208 with ported Diamond SYS.
It is gonna take some time to get the kinks worked out in V3.0 because the cube doesn't seem to be compatible with the new base ROM.
I don't sleep since I'm super human so you don't have to worry, I'm seriously working on it.

Sweeeeet! This will mark the 2nd ROM I've flashed, so one question. I've of course already run ImCokeMan's Unlocker from before and it's still unclocked, I think, so do I need to do anything else except run the RUU?

You need the Vogue 2.31.coke unlocker. At the top of Post #1 there is a link to my Consolidated Rev. A/GPS tutorial over at PPCGeeks. You can download it there. As long as you have a 3.XX radio already then all you will need to do in order to flash my ROM is to use that unlocker.

I've had this for a while now but have been super lackadaisical so i'm releasing it now.
Requirements: You should be familiar with cooking and should have read the wiki several times to get an idea how to do this. It's fairly straight-forward to cook, however modifying, adding, deleting, and creating stuff could be a challange. The steps are as follows:
-buildos+package_tools-4.2b3
-Go to the buildos tab
-Choose load ROM on top left
-Tick the programs that you want (i have provided hundreds of OEMs and if you want more, just create them using the CAB2OEM program i have included) and press Go.
-Popup will come up, choose the second option [Create_ROM_for_Hermes](edit the dump before you press Ok)
-ROM is now cooking
-NBH Tool comes up. Go to the second tab, NB to NBH.
-Under OS, press the ... and go to Tools>Htools>OS-new.nb>generate NBH file.
-Once the ROM is done cooking, pagepool patcher will come up. Choose the pagepool you want and exit it
-You can use PoolPage changer to change the pagepool
-Navigate to the directory you put the ROM and flash
-Enjoy!

Only Starbase64 and PhamQuang have got it working on M2D. JoshKoss roms don't like CV.

Custel's Cingular Video cab won't launch from programs or windows directory
I love the rom so far but being an AT&T user, I use the cingular video quite frequently for video news. Can anyone help me get HTC youtube app running on CRC's ROM? It installs and loads the thumbnails for videos but can't play video files. I've read that I have to use certain files from the Manila v20 thread to get it running properly.
My observation
As of now I am using a lite version

at first boot network wizard wants to start right away
A pumpkin as a startup is not that bad but unseasonal ( christmas is coming);0
Initial findings
1. No problem connectiong to activesync ( so no need to worry about that one flashers!!!)
2. lovely Icons real nice it does compliment to the pumpkin ( slimy green for charging and speakers)
3. there was An interchange in WM5storage and wktask ( wm5storage is located in settings>> connections and wktask is located in programs) noticed that wm5storage has a problem n my device
just tried the bluetooth
it is beam is not readily activated so you have to activate this first( wish there was a moblue for easier transfer for bluetooth)

then have to go to bluetooth had to check Turn on bluetooth and make the device visible to other devices... too tedious so
transfer works when I used moblue
so if the blutooth works I am just speculating that IR will work also for the WI-FI no access here

as for others I havent tested it yet....

Microsoft dropped honeycomb start menu. You can change your start menu by using showaco startmenu (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=481379)
How do I install this on my diamond?
Make sure you have installed OliNex Unsigned Hard-SPL (1.93.OliNex works fine).
Copy the .nbh (it should be diamimg.nbh, if not rename it) to the root of your internal storage, then hold volume down and the back key while you press the red reset button with ur stylus, keep it held till you enter bootloader mode. Hard reset after the install. More info on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=416211, and you should read it to make sure you know what you are doing.
Why slide to answer is not showing like in your picture?
The winmo 6.5 beta only shows slide to answer when locked. You can activate autolock feature with BsB AutoLockScreen.cab, that way you will get slide to answer in almost every call. Another options are using Chobit Company SmartLock to autolock or S2U2 for a complete slide to answer soft.
This ROM have Radio or not?
Not.
What Radio is best for this ROM?
Its up to you to test it. Radios can be better or worse depending on your location, so can’t really help you with my suggestion. Go http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=470306 and make a choice.

Go to program files\Ram Sweeper and edit RamSweeper.txt. Add a new line with your APP name.
How do I configure the TitaniumWeather for city?
Go to http://www.accuweather.com, search your city and once you get to forecast page check the browser URL. Should have something like: locCode=…
Use the loccode to configure your city on TW setup.
Why can't i make a video call?
Winmo 6.5 beta doesn’t support video call yet. Meanwhile you can install HTC dialer or phone canvas to make video calls, but i dont recommend it since it will produce ring delays, too much ram usage etc...

Those are the version numbers. First you had A, then B, then C...
DIAMOND tf3d config.v0.6.7 is not working with your manila download.
It should work but if it doesn’t, it's because of the new manila version. Either use an older manila or ask the creator of the program to give support for this version.

Yes, you would lose them. If you want not to lose them just sync it with Microsoft Office Outlook on your PC and after re-flashing you can sync it again with your phone. If you do not use outlook, you should consider to save all your contacts into google contacts and sync them with google sync service. Or now you can use Microsoft My Phone wich works perfectly!

Ya, something is wrong with google maps. probably is just the .lnk cos i could start it from /windows folder.
Nodata works perfectly, it gave you an error because you dont have an internet connection configured so it gave you a nullreference exception.

I've built this to get a ROM that fits me PERFECT!
And it soon does I'm a perfectionist if so to speak.
It has been tried for a couple of days and during these days
I've rebuilt it MANY MANY times, just to see if I've been able to
fix a few things here and there. So it's not going to work EXACTLY
as it should. There could be some minor things I haven't noticed.
Automatic restoration of contacts etc. etc. is made by making an
PCPimBackup and place it as followed: \Internal Storage\[Backup]\auto.pib
Or you can use the default of XDA UC. Place all your .pib's in
\Internal Storage\XDA_UC to get them ALL restored.
Hopefully this will be appreciated by some of you
And please report every bug you find and I'll try to fix them to get a more stable release
The kitchen will be released when I think it's mature enough
These ROMs REQUIRE Unsigned HardSPL-OliNex (Check my sig)
PLEASE DO A HARDRESET AFTER FLASH !

AMeBa really likes to close ArkSwitch when [X] is tapped even if
ArkSwitch is in the exceptionlist.

that causes the background to stretch in the lockscreen. If I make

First try to build a 6.5.5.23529 Manila. Just tried with 6.5.3.28217 before.

The kitchen will be released as soon as I've got both the Titanium and Manila edition running smoothly,
and most of the non-working packages are removed from the ext directory. So please be patient.
I'm working with these ROMs almost 24/7 as I'm currently unemployed, so it shouldn't take to long.
How to Cook
There will be an .erv for both the Titanium and the Manila version.
And then you should be able to add the packages you want

The file is being updated at the moment. Build time: 11.31PM yesterday So please redownload and flash the new one Not many fixes, but changed the cook.mscr to skip the dual welcome.exe that was :O and also tweaked the installation of the swedish keyboard layout.
I'll give this a whirl when I get home from work. Looks nice!

Oh, a new build will come, eventually, when I'm finished with the theme. Just having a few problems with it So any ideas about some good info? Already tried this: How to Create or Edit a Theme(.tsk) for Windows Mobile Phone OS but I'm about to edit each and every picture that is in the classic blue theme. Should I just replace them in the sys\23529\dpi_192\base_dpi_192 folder or should I put them in the sys\23529\dpi_192\themes_dpi_192? I want it to be set as standard theme :O

Thinking of removing them as at least I don't ever use them. Suggestions please

'Arkswitch' closes automatically when it's minimized, I figured that when was running on another rom! Try testing it by bringing 'Arkswitch' to focus then press the Home button then go to the 'task manager' in the 'settings' page (if existed) and check for it, you won't find it!

I've set that if I tap & hold the startmenu it will bring ArkSwitch up, and it does if I push the homebutton in ArkSwitch, but if I tap the [X] it doesn't =/ Gets an error in that case =/

mmmmm.......weired!!, you can try MMtaskmanger though!! but it's not that eye candy. Maybe it supports skining. you can find it on freewarepocketpc.net
