I have flashed to Rogers ROM and it would be nice to have the tmobile blue homescreen and the Tmobile standard ringtone back again.
Could someone please be so kind as to upload these somewhere or point me in the right direction?

How do you install that homescreen. I copied it to my phone in the same directory as the other homescreens, however its not showing as an option.
Here are the Ringtones & Homescreen.
Ringtones go in /Application Data/Sounds/
Homescreen goes in /Application Data/Home/

this is an english version...
Well at the bottom, where I assume it says "OK" or "Cancel" (the two softkeys)... it's in Chinese
For other people trying to figure the two keys out... The one on the left is the OK and the one on the right is Cancel
Any way you can reword the soft keys???
I just assumed the left soft key was OK and it was. Works good. Thank you!

Problem is, is that the cmhome.dll file cannot be copied anywhere. I've tried resco and total commander and via PC using activesync and it will not let me copy the .dll file over to edit it. Otherwise, i'd see if i could edit it. I think it will have to be included in a ROM or someone is going to have to see if a registry key can be added to fix(hack)this

I just picked up my MDA Vario V and noticed that some things seem to be missing compared to the normal TP2
-TF3D2 style notification bubbles
-New notification manager
-Facebook upload feature
-Option to disable the icon screen you get when clicking on the taskbar.
Is there a way to fix this through cabs, or do I need to wait for HardSPL to come out and flash a new rom?

main reason why i stay clear of t-mobile branded stuff! they just can't help themselves can they? also phone will be locked to their network i bet! t-mobile is a good network but the murder these phones. sorry to see some stuff is missing but there may be hope for you in the blackstone forum! just have a look in there

This should get facebook working...
Do the following 3 reg edits...
HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila\
1. Facebook.Disable (Set the DWORD to 0)
2. Manila://people\browserlayer\peopleupdate.page.hidden (Set the DWORD to 0)
3. Manila://PeopleDetail\peopleView.page.hidden (Set the DWORD to 0)
Then do a soft reset of the device and it should work
Thanks for your help. But it does not work On the one hand now you can go on "Me" (contact card) and can see the facebook button at the bottom (it wasn't there before changing the registry settings). But by trying to start the "app" nothing happens. it's like a block..

What is it you're trying to start? When you are in "People", can you not go to "Updates" and link to a facebook profile?

I think so. I've got the german device, so I don't really know how the tabs are named on the english one. But I think I know what you mean. So I think normally you should have some kind of an "action" button for each contact where you can see the facebook status, etc.? I haven't got this tab. My tabs for each contact are: Details (with all numbers and adresses,etc); sms messaging, e-mail and phone history

I got the MDA Vario 5 as well. To my delight, it wasnt sim-locked.
So far, not much missing or added to the phones ROM by TMobile.
They have some Web n Walk stuff added as an 'Internet' tab and like the other guy mentioned, some notification stuff is missing.

Hi boys,
i don't have TP2, just TP1, but I am solving this problem too...i have a ported version of TF3D2 without facebook integration, but I was able to get it working.
I've attached all files that I needed for FB integration. Some files are hidden..
Copy only those manila files that are not included in your ROM.
Maybe the only needed file will be FacebookSDK.dll
copy all needed to \Windows\ folder...
hope I helped a bit
PS: you also have to make registry edit mentioned before.

No, I do not have this screen But after copying some files (incl. the FacebookSDK.dll) out of the fb.zip I got the following:
My own contact-card (screen2)
Contact-Card of a contact in "view-mode" (screen1) --> "Events-Tab" is missing
Contact-Card of a contact in "edit-mode" (screen3)
If I want to link a contact with a foto, I get screen4 --> After choosing "Facebook-Profil" I get the list with all my facebook contacts (screen5)
Edit: Sorry, the attached thumbnails aren't in the right order. So: "Screen2" is the first one, "Screen1" is the last, "Screen3" is the fourth, "Screen 4" is the third and "Screen5" is the second one.
I did not have any of these "facebook-links" in my TF3D-menus before.
Does anybody have an idea how to fix the problem with the events-tab ?

Installation orders:
1. Disable your "sense" by going to Start> Settings > Today and disable Manila
2. install this cab: HD Mini ManilaTodayPage.cab
3. install this cab: HD_Mini_CallHistory.cab
4. SoftReset
5. run FixStartManila.exe, in the end of process Manila will start but in the settings of today won't checkboxed, than go there and check it
Warning!!! If the fix does not start, run it again.
6. Configure the order of tabs
7. Use a new tab

Unfortunatelly, in that location is described how to create or open a manilla slider tab, not how to modify the home screen "Call History" tab...
Do you know what is the file or registry responsable with this "Call History" on home screen?

L.E. For example, I installed Thumbcal and this app has on the settings menu the possibility to "set like default calendar". Checking this, when the home screen button "Calendar" is pressed, the Thumbcal application is lunched. I want something similar for "Call History" if it is possible...

I mean if you could make a shortcut, then you could run in from home screen with CHT quicklinks or "Manila 16 shortcuts mod".

You have to use CHT 2.0 that you can customize as you want!http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=792303
These watches are not for CHT
But i dont wont with Cht. I just like a clean homescreen.

Have a problem, sometime is a food in the bottom of the page,( all the others icons are lost, perfect), I think is the icon of footprints. Is easy to get a solution???
I have another cuestion, maibe you can help me too, in the next picture is on the sense widget "fotos y videos" in spanish, you know where is this aplication in windows???, you know the name ??? with resco explorer I have been searching in windows folder 2 hours , testing all the .exe and .ink but no idea where is.

If you want the taskbar and one of three black blue or green.
For the blue theme you have to go to Home> classic blue, ok.
