Hi All,
would like to seek some advise is it possible for me to change the wm6 to 6.1 in my HTC touch?I did the read through in this forum that i need to installed the SPL.But will that erase off all my SW,contacts and application?is there any simple way to do it.I did saw alot of user down here post their home plugin and it was so beautiful than mine the normal default.If possible,can someone post me a stable and good link.Thanks.

Hi, I am new to this forum. I recently bought one HTC Touch Diamond, now its running on WM 6.1. I want to upgrade it to WM 6.5. I have gone through several posts, but i didnt understand them. Could anyone please help me out with a complete set of programs/utilities needed for an upgrade.

well, before posting, please look at the second post of this forum (Diamond rom developpment)

6.5 is a completely new OS so your going to have to install Hard SPL (link in post above)
after that your free to download any chef Roms (don't Ask which one is best because people REALLLY don't like those kind of questions here)
just try a few out see how you like them, or if your feeling up to the challenge download a kitchen and create your own custom 6.5 rom
(PS. Rom = the OS + any programs/tweaks added
kitchen = the tools needed to create a Rom
cooking = the act of using the tools from the kitchen to create a custom rom)
hello, i have just bought tmobile wing, aka htc hernes. and i was just wondering if anyone has a site which explains clearly how to make wm 6.5 into touchflo 3d (which is just a htc veriety of wm 6.5) i want to basically upgrade to wm 6.5 touchflo 3d (latest v) edition. please if anyone has any instruction link and or instructions and programs and rom i need i would appriciate some feedback, i found a link as i always search forums before posting, however the instructions give were not clear.

Well, my problem is the next:
I'd have a new rom for my Artemis. e.g a WWE wm 6.5 with the latest m2d.
I've no found rom, which contains HTC opal (that blue theme with digital clock and cool weather stuff) or HTC diamond (that black theme with digital clock and cool weather stuff) theme.
I've found skins for m2d both the opal and diamond. But doesn't work.
So, I wanna install a rom that contanins diamond or opal skin.(or just a rom that works with skinz!)
mbarvian's diamond skin is very cool to me, but my rom (which 6.5 and contains m2d) didn't like it.
pls wwe 6.5 rom which has a cool manila!

I have got a substitute mobile phone. It is the HTC Touch Diamond in the O2 XDA version!
Now I had incredibly a lot of Threads read, however, everything stands in different contributions, I do not find the way to upgrade!
My request:
How am I able to do an UPGRADE to a version of WM 6.5?
Please, somebody can give me short with the help of direct download links short instructions?
Unfortunately, I am sent by a contribution in the other if I go on the search and does not find the data then to the download of the single programmes!
Briefly: What do I need? Where do I find as a download? What must I follow? Which steps must I obey successively?
If I my Ciphone C6 update then is much easier!

I got my htc touch diamond2 clone T5353
According to what I see in the about window:
I have WM 6.1
Processor: Qualcomm MSM7200A
I made a mess out of this phone, tried to install some themes... no success...so I'm wondering if some1 could please post WM6.1 (pack of programs and WM itself) along with the Manila or touchflo that I need (this is the critical one since I can't find one that works in my phone)
If by any chance WM6.5 along with touchflo3D is available for my phone.. that'll be great!... THANKS!!
