I have just ported diamond 19588 rom to my eten x500+, everything is great, but I have problem with settings/power, microphone and csd type(can't run them at all, clicking does absolutely nothing, no reaction). I know that those settings are set on cpl applets
Someone know solution for this problem? Help me plz

I wanted to upgrade my MDA Vario.........but at first I only tried to do an Radio upgrade with an Radio ROM........forgot to unlock CID...........
......SO afterwards like in many threads written its was slow and didn'T really boot ! Then I made it kinda work again and I tryed to put an Rom on it ! I only found the newest T-Mobile Rom which doesn'T really work......I think I need first of all an old ROM.........does anybody have one !?
I also tryed Molskis Rom but it says wrong ID also when I try O2 or something else, problem is, I can'T copy lokwiz to my MDA......cuz ActiveSync doesn't work anymore.....................
Does anybody have any idea ?! I wouild really appreciate it !

Im one of the guys with a hw6915 who wants the upgrade that HP doesnt seem to be prepared to do any time soon....
Ive been reading as much info as i can, but im of the web programming/design/it support side, and less the programming/development side of things...
Im getting to grips with things i think, im going to need the drivers, the os and things and then need to cook a rom... therory is fine, but i need to pointers...
I read that i can use certain parts from the htcuniversal drivers ie camera/bluetooth/sound...
if a wm6 rom is coming for this, id like to help, or if i need to get this going with my limited knowledge but boundless enthusiasm then ill do that too.

hw6915 bluetooth manager not working
hi im new to this ive got a ipaq hw6915 witch i love had a problem after i installed a program it locked it in boot mode so i found a patch to re un boot but now my bluetooth manager just locks up the phone when i click on it & i cant up date my quick gps any more please can you help is there a driver or some thing????? its runnuing wm5 the bluetooth is bt-ppc/pe version 1.7.1 build 6700 please help me????????

Heya.... Stupid question I am sure, but i am going to ask it anyways...! How do I load a bin file to update my 6915 with this eng rom please? I keep having massive failures and incompatibility issues with loads of other roms i have downloaded... drivin me nuts! I keep bricking my 6915, and recovering it with a handy tool i found...!!! but i am stuck with a french phone... drivin me nuts!!!!! Help would be very much appreciated! If anyone else is having 'bricking' issues of the phone stuck on the boot loader... ill drop the app here happily! Hope to hear soon!

I have a littel problem... I have a SWISS-FR hardware keyboard.... After install the Schap's WM6 Pro 3.30c this keyboard is configured in QWERTY (US)....
I have read many threads about this topic but i can't find the right solution.... I have read somewhere that i need a CAB file (in original EXT ROM : ORANGE SWITZERLAND (French Part)).....

I have also the Swiss French keyboard due to Orange subscription. I had installed Orange UK english ROM and then faced the same problem. I struggled few days to fix the keborad layout problem. Meaning a way to let it work as supposed to.
The issue is, keyboard is actually in German and not french. So, just editing the registry as below would fix the problem.
AT PRESENT
-------------
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Oem\Qwerty]
"Layout"="132105" {00020409}
CHANGE IT TO
-----------------
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Oem\Qwerty]

Hi all, thanks very much for the support here, an amazing wealth of information, and brilliant technical minds to create these firmwares that HP just cannot bring us! Well done!
I have one question, I'm running WM6.1 on my HP 6828 courtesy of the geniuses here on this forum, however appear to be unable to import any certificates. I just get an error that "certificates were not Successfully added. Please restart the device and try again"
However, no amount of rebooting will allow me to import these certificates. Does anyone know if this is a bug in a particular version of the WM61 port for the HP6828, and if so, is there a newer version or work-around?

I need some Help with the Toshiba e830.
Well as I know there are no updates whatsoever, but maybe some of you guys can make one. I really want to have at least wm5 because the old wm2003 doesnt seem to work with most new programs (i need the new opera mobile 9.5)
The device is great hardwarewise. I mean it has all i need.
actually i read, that there was an update for the japanese e830 (japanese Rom)

You should do a wm5 or wm6 rom for such e830 users as me,and somebody maybe pay for it

thats what im asking others to do...
because i have absolutely no plan at all...
if there are tutorials on how to do it or someone would explain or help how it works im willing and will try it for sure...
and i guess there are still some e830 users out there.
as i understood, the problem is a bootloader to reach the data in the rom of the device...
hehe, im the one who needs help...
anyway, ive found a bootloader and the japanese rom update...
there are two files: eboot.bin and xip.bin ...
so maybe someone of you guys knows anything...

I have one in french and i have been locking for many years on how to upgrade an english rom.
Even upgrade to wm5
No luck so far.

Japanese rom
e800 wm 2003 bootloader
e75x wm 2003 bootloader
osloader 1.5.6.exe
e830jap.exe
e830r0411jap.exe
but don't know what to do with the files.
I'd contribute to an updated ROM
