You must make your device SuperCID using POF tool. Since you cannot get activesynch working, I think you have to go into booloader mode.

There might be more ROM with different .nbh files but have not tried them. Unzip the file and locate the nbh file which should be the largest file.

Not sure if the itsutils.dll is required to be on the device or not....maybe someone else can provide information on this...
If it is successful, the device will reboot and you will have ISL 1.11. Proceed only when you have ISL 1.11. If not go back and run pof tool again

If you can get into bootloader mode and change the ISL to 1.11 via USB interface you can also FLASH any rom by going into the bootloader mode. The same tool ROMUpdateUtility.exe in the unzip ROM folder can be run...
I've succesfully SID unlocked my Diamond and I flashed the following ROM:
QMR_RUU_Diamond_HTC_WWE_1.93.405.1_Radio_Signed_Diamond_52.29.25.12_1.00.25.05_Ship
I now want to extract the SPL and flash it from that ROM. I use this tutorial:

It's pretty simple, but the NBH file I created using HTCRT is 528K and it gives me a message that the NBH is greater than default. In the tutorial it says:
9. You should now have a NBH file that is relatively small (about 258K)
I've tried several ROMs, but with the same outcome.
I haven't flashed it yet, but I don't know what I am doing wrong?

ROM is locked from being dumped. The kaiser tut should work isn't it?
I have a cid unlocked artemis,with wm6.0 on it.
I've tried to install more than 10 different rom's(WM 6.1 and 6.5)and i always get either of the 2 following errors:
ERROR 260,and corrupted rom.
Any thoughts?
BTW,i use winvista,and when i flash my asusP535 everything works fine.
download the latest uspl,extract it to a folder,copy the .nbh file from the rom folder to the extracted uspl folder....run the uspl and watch the show
additionally you should go to the wiki or search the forums about vista flashing
I am having problems flashing my HTC s621 with this rom,I have followed the instructions supplied but it seems that the Auto.bat file does not recognize my phone,In step three in the instructions they say to Download and unzip the file,then step 4 run Auto.bat file,what file should I be downloading and unziping before step 4.I have flashed this phone with RUU_Excalibur_WM61_Kavana_080408_WWE,and had no problems,what do you think I`m doing wrong.The phone is in sync with my computer at the time of flashing.Any help would be appreciated,thanks for your time,the RUU_EXCA_3VOLUTION_WM65_3VO.3.50.033010 rom looks awesome,Les.

There's the 3vo thread already opened to post this. Regarding your issue, did you SDA unlocked your device first before running the autobat?. is like flashing for the first time, you can find it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=415225.

Hi dear HD2 users. Finally I found a way to make hspl Leo's spl pre-bootloader (all versions). In this method, we don't need any tool from cotulla like HSPL4 etc...
Note: I will test it at this weekend. But I am sure it will works. And I'm sure that it is a bit risky. I warn you
We're starting...
1) Back up your android partitions via recovery. Because, we will go back to lastest Windows Mobile 6.5.
2) Download WM 6.5 rom from: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=623283&highlight=3+14
3) Rename it "leoimg.nbh" and copy in sdcard's root.
4) Power off your Leo and run (h)spl via Power+VolDown buttons. Install rom by pressing Power button when spl is asked.
5) Now, you have a unmodified spl. (SPL- 3.03.0000) (SPL version not important)
6) Run Windows Mobile.
7) Download EnableRapi.cab and install it your phone from: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=36325&d=1175416351
8) Download itsutils from: http://nah6.com/~itsme/itsutilsbin-20111201.zip
9) Extract it on your desktop.
10) Copy itsutils.dll to HD2's Windows\ directory and pdocwrite.exe to your PC's desktop
11) Download and install Registery Editor from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=250796&d=1259322381
12) Edit HKLM\Security\Policies\Policies valuename '00001001' was set to dword:2, change it to dword:1
13) Copy cmd.exe from c:\windows\system32.exe to your PC's desktop and run it.
14) Download hspl.zip and extract it on your desktop as hspl.nb (Download link is below, it's version 1.01 by Symbuzzer)
15) Write on cmd: "pdocwrite hspl.nb 0x8ff00000 0x80000"
16) After that, poweroff your phone and run hspl with VolDown+Power buttons.
