ok, so i downloaded the evo rom and now i want to replace my youtube.apk with the one from the evo rom. has the hd option built in. can someone please explain to me how i pull the youtube file out of the rom to put on my phone? please. thanks

Our you tube already has the HD option.
you lost me at cab and exe... Hit menu while viewing a video to switch to HQ

Hey guys! I am in need of the original HTC bootanimation with sound as there is nothing better than that! I have searched from the internet but could only found 1 which had no sound! So please upload one with sound!

I think you can get it from dk rom. Or koolsense rom.
