What carrier do you have. If its sprint turn the phone off. Hold down the call button and end call button. With the other hand hold down the power button and it will pop up instructions follow them. Warning tho, it will delete everything on your phone do a back up of your contacts at least.

Few issues

My first issue is that my keyboard stops functioning when i type. i have to go to the menu and reactivate the QWERTY. the QWERTY is already bubbled i just have to pick it again. Its weird my girlfriends phone has the same problem.
also sometimes when i create a new text my phone turns off i have to take out the battery for it to turn on again.
any solutions?
also it randomly switches to another app that i didnt even open... and it loads super slow any ideas?
Hard Reset!
Try to hard reset your phone...although you did not write what ROM you are using?!
I am using stock 6.5 and have never had any problems whatsoever.
my phone is completely stock. what do you mean by hard reset? the reset button under the battery cover? wont that reset everything and delete everything?
The reset button under the battery cover is just for a soft reset (like restarting your computer, it turns off and then turns back on by itself) and you don't loose any information. To hard reset, you need to turn the phone off then hit the call button, end button, and the power button all at the same time. This will erase everything an put it back to the out-of-the-box state. Your user manual will probably better explain since mine is from recent memory.
any other ideas why this might be happening?

Touch Pro 2 fails to start up after a CAB restarts it.

Whenever a cab that requires a soft reset just that soft reset, my Tilt 2 doesn't fully start up. It gets to the lock screen and loads the top bar, but the rest of it remains black. The phone responds to nothing (but possibly because it's locked) and of course there is no way to unlock it. Any other kind of soft reset or hard reset doesn't have this problem. Anyone else have similar symptoms?

My Desire won't vibrate anymore

Yesterday I had a small moment when it didn't want to vibrate. But quickly after it started working again. This morning I pick it up and notice the keyboard doesn't vibrate.
And now it doesn't vibrate at ALL. Nomather what kind of setting, I tried soft reset. Tried Sound Manager and now even tried hard reset. Still no luck.
Well, just hard resetted and while restoring my settings, apparantly the 'Updater' app isn't working.
Edit:
Just great.. and now it hang on a black screen. It's a Sense-less screen. If I hold the power button, I get options to turn off and such.
Okay, hard resetted. Still won't vibrate. What now?
Edit2:
Just great, on my girlsfriend's advice. I just dropped it on my bed to kinda give it that 'throw' effect. And can you believe that it actually works again?
I'm just wondering now for how long

Hard reset Samsung Galaxy W I8150

Hi guys,
I was wondering if someone would be able to help me out here.
I'm looking to hard reset my l8150 because I have a fault with my screen and I want to make sure it's a hardware fault before I send it back (a large proportion of my screen doesn't respond to me touching it). The only problem is that my home button doesn't work any more, so I can't hard reset it through the usual fashion (holding the buttons on startup). I can't get into my phone because the screen isn't working where I need to draw my password, so I can't reset it through the settings menu either
Is there any way I can get around this and do a hard reset?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Tom
