cab file during installation

how to intercept a cab file durin installation?
i need to do it for change cab file
in wm2003 i use cabinstal (when it ask destination i grab cab file) but in wm2005 don't working :?
i don't find a cab file
please help me :twisted:

File Explorer

Looking for a cab to replace the original file explorer with the better one that JJ includes in his BLACK roms.
If anyone has or knows where to get please post.
Ive searched and cant find it...

GSFinder is what your looking for. If you want to replace the stock explorer you will have to rename the gsfinder.exe to fexplore.exe and replace the one in the windows directory.

i prefer resco to any other file explorer...so i dont have 2 file explorer icons in programs, how would I go about this? make a shortcut in /windows for resco but rename it to fexplorer.exe ?

can someone help me or/and give me explication how to extract cab file please?
i will do the following,i want to extract the cab that contains font file from godson,hes cab change the tf3d fonts bud not the windows font and i want to do that.
any help is appreciated.thanks in advance.

use WinCE CAB Manager to extract cab files.

CAB file is just a ZIP afaik. Every ZIP software on your desktop should be able to unpack it.

yes i know bud when i extract it the files are not font files bud specific cab files not usable directly!

I downloaded lots of that file, what can i do after that?
