Sorry, I have removed the link in \Windows\Start Menu\Programmi, but you can find it in \Windows\search.lnk

No, it doesn't, infido includes TouchFlo, I think HTC HOME 2 plugin is enought complete, exept for bioscroll...

Flashed on my HTC P3350 (alias HTC LOVE)

Yesterday I flashed your rom on my new HTC P3350 and I must say
that you have done very good work (essential and good loking).
This is first rom I flashed (my phone arrived 3 day ago and I didn't like
wm5 on board).
However I had problem with cid unlocking, but retrying a second time it
went ok, meanwhile installing your rom was done without problems.
This evening I will install your next release (1.2). Must I have particular
attentions? Is it sufficient 1) Re-cid unlocking 2) Flashing your new release?
Yesterday I accidentally eliminated the rom's desktop link to the
CommManager (the first icon on the quick start's group) and trying to
restore the link I did't found the program in the list of avaible program.
Do you know how to do? However CommManager.exe is well located in windows path.
Using your rom I found a program to quick fix gps signal. May it be of
any use for me (P3350 doesn't has gps) having external bluetooth gps?
..I had never seen before this program.
Very good your idea of eliminate many programs and useless files that
peoples may install later in storage card (if they need). I suggest you
to substitute also the calculator and the timer.. and remove also other
useless programs (for which the web is rich of good alternatives).

Problem downloading Rom v.1.2
Hi cesconoa.
I am having problem downloading your rom (from http://files-upload.com/),
because every attempt to download it, end up before the 50%.
You should change server or add it also on another server.
Last but not least, before upload it, you should pack it in .zip or .rar format,
so that, if the file is incompletely downloaded (as in my case) or
partially damaged, unpacking it may help discovering the problem (thanks to
crc check done by unpacker), avoiding flashing a damaged rom.

This is becouse there isn't a link to the program, but only a registry key, rewrite this key:

I think using an external receiver is the same, this program download "Ephemeris", data important to align correctly satellites and receivers

You are right, but I've done this ROM thinking to my use, programs installed are very used by me...
To leave you customize the rom like you wont, I've build it using very logical criteria (folders and .rgu visible)...

I've tried to get my "VPA compact GPS" with WM6 working for "Vodafone live!" a lot of times.
I used differnet User-Agent-Strings like:
Vodafone/1.0./HTC_MERCURY/2.04.162.1/Mozilla/4.0
Vodafone/1.0/HTC_v1510/1.23.163.2/Mozilla/4.0
and I tried a modiefied browser.dll from a Vodafone branded Palm 750v and the browser.dlls from this Thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=305008
Only with the edited browser.dll for palm 750v I get into the Vodafone live! portal, but It won't load correctly and there are no HSDPA-contents shown! The User-Agent-Strings don't really change something...
I want to get this $h*t running on my trinity. I hope someone can help me...

You were not clear on which browser.dll file you are using. Did you simply download one of the attached files in the mentioned thread, or did you extract the file from your rom, make the adjustments, and then overwrite the file on your phone?
It would be useful if browsed to http://www.useragentstring.com/ on your trinity and pasted the value for "Your User Agent String:" in this thread...

I used an edited one from a german board. They used one of ZAKv3 Image and changed the User Agent String to the Palm 750v.
If I take this browser.dll : Palm750/v000 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile %d.%d)
Today I deleted the UAS from the dll and now I can change it in the registry.
But always only black letters without pictures on Vodafone live!
Maybe I should use bepes 0.79 browser.dll, but I don't know to extract it from the Windows.nb file.
My current UAS: Vodafone/1.0./HTC_MERCURY/2.04.162.1/Mozilla/4.0
edit: I tried other edited browser.dlls from schaps and AKUs ROMs
I think there are two problems from your response. 1) you may be using an incompatible browser.dll file. 2) the user agent string is not being recognised by vodafone's site.

So if I have understood correctly, you are using a browser.dll file you downloaded from a website - and this file may not correspond to the one that originally came with your rom? I would recommend, downloading the rom you have currently installed on your phone and editing that browser.dll file. I dont know if there is a new easier way to get at the file, but I do the following:
download nbhextract: here
download imgfs_tools_182: here
download the rom you currently have flashed to your phone
locate the file RUU_signed.nbh (or similarly named - its the biggest file)
"nbhextract RUU_signed.nbh" - creates an OS.nb file (might be named slightly differently)
"nbsplit -hermes OS.nb" - creates OS.nb.extra and OS.nbh.payload. Since this is the trinity forum I have used the -hermes option. I am not sure which flag to use for Palm750v. An appropriate search of the Palm section might help here...
"ImgFsFromNb OS.nb.payload imgfs.bin" - creates imgfs.bin
"ImgfsToDump imgfs.bin" - extracts rom files to dump directory
Within the dump directory should be another directory called "browser.dll". In this directory will be the browser.dll file.
Then you can modify the browser.dll file as described here, and copy it back to your phone. I find the easiest way to copy the file over is to make a CAB installer that will copy and overwrite the file to your \Windows directory (using wince cab manager or a similar program). I dont think you can simply copy the file using activesync.

Once you have a working browser.dll file, you may want to try different user-agent strings. It is best to change the UA string to a simulate a phone model that can definitely access vodafone life (see vodafone's website for a list of supported phones). On my trinity I use the Nokia 6233 UA string. I have made a cab of this file and attached it to this thread. To test each UA string is correct, go to http://www.useragentstring.com/ and double-check the string appears as it should.

I had the same problem for a long time, esp. with WM6.
So here is my solution:
You need a regeditor.
Go to :
HKLM/Security/Internet Explorer/User Agent
there you have to delete everything, instead of the entry CustomBase.
The Data for it have to be: Vodafone/1.0/HTC_MERCURY/2.04.162.1
With these settings almost everything is working fine for me.
Working stuff:
- Live! Portal, coulored, with pictures
- Live Streams aka LiveTV
Not working
- Downloading music, esp. ringtones
So for further questions, please ask me.

Hey, I had a lot of things to do, but today I have handled to get the browser.dll from bepes ROM.
So I overwrote the User Agent String apart from the "%s" of the dll by 00s and now I can change the UAS in the registry "HKLM/Security/Internet Explorer/User Agent/Custom".
With the "Vodafone/1.0./HTC_MERCURY/2.04.162.1/Mozilla/4.0"String Vodafone live doesn't work.
I want to have Vodafone live with HSDPA-content like "broadband Mobile TV".
Does anybody know a UAS (by Vodafone!!!) of a HSDPA enabled phone?

I don't know what the HSDPA-content should be, i even never heared of it.
For me mobile tv is working, after I have changend the conection of the streaming player to Vodafone Live!.
But still I could not download any ringtones.
The VPA compact V is HSDPA enabled by Vodafone, so I will try this String later:
"Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 7.6) Vodafone/1.0/HTC_Kaiser/1.56.165.5" -> works!

Yes, my problem was that TCPMP has changed the file associations and i deinstalled tcpmp. So there was a error message.
Now I changed to Stream Player and if I klick on a MobileTV link the Streamingplayer starts, but nothing happens... If I try to connect manually, the message: "Verbindung fehlgeschlagen" (~connection error) apperas!
edit: The Straming Player works now, but it stops buffering at 94%...
edit2: I've done all told in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=1904190
...but still the Streaming Player stops at: 94-97%!
Okay now I played a bit in the registry strings: "HKLM/Software/HTC/Stream/..." and got it loading 100% now , but no video appears and after 1 sec Streaming Player crashes.
Can somebody help me?
I have checked the following things:

The FZLTH.ttf can read CHT
I use CHS and I have not CHT ROM or CHT OEM File.
You can add .net oem file to tommy's kitchen to cook.

Hi likeme, you've done an excellent job! Your rom is even faster and smoother than the May1 Tommy's rom, mainly, I think, is becasue you have a ramdisk. Where this ramdisk come from? Also after installation, I actually have more storage space left than Tommy's one for my hx2410, about 12.4MB. Again, Great job!

If you want more program ram, You can change this value to change Ramdisk size.

I can not add more storage space, i don't understand. 64M ROM so small.
But ramdisk just speed up the Internet Explorer,other not obvious.

Watchout! New version cannot revert back to other versions
After installing the new fuller Chinese version, it is not possible to change back to any other versions. My pda is now crippled by this rom. I think, it cannot be updated to any other future rom. Help! It always says "incorrect language" and does not allow further processing.

Your problem not this ROM's problem.
Take your pda to PreBL mode (hold contact+itask+power and then lightly press reset, after about two second unhold remaing buttons).
Run hpRUU.exe in my rar file to flashing ROM to other language.
Or flashing to English.
I can flashing my device to CHS/CHT/ENG version ROM.
Sorry likeme, my mistakes. I did not use the hpruu.exe included in your rar file instead I had used the older hpruu.exe that comes with the Advance Pack. Thanks likeme, you are great! Now I can play around different versions of WM6.1 in different languages! I like the Pocket Calc and the SRS HD included in your new version.

However, I am knida new to this htc rom stuff, i have a herms htc 8525. Will most of the rom work for the htc system or do i have to find one that is specfifc stated for my system?

I just downloaded uConvert and was shocked to see that it is actually a Flash Lite application.
I checked the Wiki and couldn't find any informations about that.
How could I create Applications using Flash lite?
I tried different things in Adobe Flash CS3 pro but the template only create .swf files and the related html file when I would like to create an .exe file.
I ticked the box that usually exports to .exe but that application doesnt' seem to be recognised by Windows Mobile so I am guessing this is only for Windows Desktop

Flash Lite is an implementation of the Flash runtime for mobile phones, consumer electronic devices, and Internet-connected digital home devices.You can use this for creating application.
Okay here's an overview:
The Flash content must be in the Flash Lite 3.1 format, published as a .SWF
You can package the .SWF together with related resources and an icon using the Adobe Mobile Packager (now discontinued but you can find it on Google)
When a user installs your application in a supported country, the necessary Flash Lite player will be installed automatically (only available in some countries on a small range of devices due to Adobe discontinuing it), otherwise they can install the Flash Lite 3.1 Distributable Player manually
The Flash Lite 3.1 Distributable Player does not allow you to view Flash content on the web and it will not affect any existing installations of different Flash Lite versions
The packager will package your Flash Lite application into a native .CAB (Windows Mobile) or .SIS (Symbian S60) installer. When the user installs this it will automatically create start-menu shortcuts to your program
The situtation is somewhat odd compared to several months ago due to Adobe's change in priorities regarding Flash. At the time of release of the Adobe program the applications created this way did meet Windows Marketplace guidelines; I am not so sure at the moment due to Adobe discontinuing the packager, I'm trying to find out from MS.
Flash Lite 3.1 has most of the features in Flash 8, including much better performance over Flash 7 and Flash Lite 2.1.
could someone point me at a working link to download Adobe Mobile Packager ? I found one version but AVG detected a virus on it. (win32/heur)

Hi Folks,
I was annoyed by the not-free sync software for Thunderbird out there, so I decided to create my own (free). I hope you will find it useful.
Summary
Would you like to sync your WM 6.x device calendar with your Thunderbird/Lightning calendar ?
WMTS is going to do that (in the future ) !
It is a dektop application, that lets you decide in which way you want to sync: device -> desktop, desktop -> device, manual comparison, etc.
All you need is ActiveSync / WMDC.

At this early stage of development, WMTS is only capable of reading data, so there is nearly no chance that you overwrite your calendar data.
wmts-mobile.exe will be stored in \WMTS\
Use:
connect phone via ActiveSync
Button "Present" : veriefies existence of mobile device and mobile side application
Button "Receive" : after it's done, look into WMTS-Folder, if a xml file has been created

"exe present on device" passes smoothly, but "retrieve data" crashes mobile's exe. Cant find any logs on either device.

as far as i understand, "ical parse" is only able to handle ical-files, no connection with thunderbird (you may have to import the files by yourself)
