Was watching this film last night (quite a good one actually) and noticed in the end, in the last couple of minutes of the movie, when Denzel Washington's character is putting his gun away in a lock-box, he places his badge and cell phone on top of the box. Although the phone is only seen very briefly, it is undeniably a Blue Angel. I don't know what the branding is, may be generic as it says "Pocket PC" in the top right corner of the casing.
Just goes to show that even though the phone was released in '04, it's still has the "cool" factor required to be on the silver screen in '06. Just a little incentive to see the flick if you haven't already...
Wow!!!!!!!!!
Yeah I noticed it too..
Also, there's a beautiful babe speaking through headset in the beginning
She has Qtek 9090
yep i saw it 2. looks like a silver xda ii. in fact this motivated me to get xda 2s which is even more sexy.....
There weres some BAs in 24, I don't remember which season though.
... would be a transformer style keyboard dock with touchpad/mouse and added battery.... and the ability to swivel the screen to use in slate mode but still have the dock connected. Will this ever happen? Also just a typical bt keyboard case like you see on ebay but with a touchpad also..
Hi all,
Does anyone here own one of these cases? Specifically in light blue, yellow or orange?
I ask because, looking at pictures online, it appears the colour on the front of the case is a little lighter than the colour at the back. I'm a bit weird, I know, but if true, that would annoy me and put me off buying one.
I owned the official flip case for the Galaxy Note and the colour was the same front and back. Is this the case with the S3?
Many thanks.
I had one, the blue one. It wasn't bad, the color looked fine to me. I also have one on my s3 and it has the same design as the color on the phone itself.

I have one in blue and am not impressed. It looks nice, the color matches the phone and it protects the screen quite well but ultimately, the inferior quality will force me to return it. It's been on the phone for 4 days and the top is already starting to delaminate and bubble along the left edge. You can push it down and it will flatten out but the next time you fold it back to use the phone, it bubbles up again. It’s getting noticeably worse as the days go on.
I have one and it's not bad. Not delaminating like others
Just received this afternoon (before Christmas, yeah!)
This is the "Bear Motion Premium Folio Leather Case with Detachable Keyboard" Purchased at $21.99 (Amazon Link) (Wait, they just sold out?)
The box is a very plain white box with orange highlights that bears (no pun intended) no brand name, just "Bluetooth Keyboard case" (for Kindle Fire HDX7)
Strangely, my box appears to have been opened, and the microUSB cable was left stuffed on top of the flap, but the device appears to be untouched. (Maybe it's for testing? Bear Motion claims they test every device)
Instructions (a tiny CD-jewelcase insert sized brochure) states that you should leave it charging for a couple hours. Their USB cord is a bit short, so I used my Kindle microUSB cable for charging.
The keyboard is just attached via magnet to the case, and is detachable, pretty firmly. I separated it to charge while I studied the case.
The case itself is made of "leather" and has a nice "foamy" backing that makes it somewhat spongy. I was momentarily flummoxed by how to insert my HDX, then I realized I have to open the hook-and-loop flap, slide the thing in from the bottom, then try to fit the flap back in to secure the HDX.
The case has nice big openings for the volume and the power button, as well as rear holes for the stereo speakers. It has a "jackstand" that pops out, but it does not have multiple angles. However, it appears to have metal backing instead of plastic that can break.
I inspected for broken stitches and such and cannot detect any at a cursory inspection.
Keyboard... looks quite generic. It is a basic keyboard, really squished together to fit on a 7 inch platform. I am a touch typist (85WPM) and I cannot touch type on that keyboard at all. None of the keys are in their proper positions, but then you don't really expect to touch type on this, do you? This is for the two-finger typists who need to enter more than usual text but don't want to touch the screen. I suspect those with the 8.9 inch version of this may have more luck. They also have versions for various Samsung devices and iPads.
Key feel is "meh". Tiny keys, tiny travel. Can't swear to durability as I've had it for less than 24 hours. Pairing per instructions is painless. Turn on Bluetooth and sync, turn keyboard on, and hit sync on keyboard... Tap, enter a code supplied by HDX, and voila, I am paired.
This is not a laptop replacement nor is it meant to be. It's a convenience keyboard that can help you enter more text than onscreen keyboard while you're on the go. If you want a BETTER Bluetooth keyboard, and don't care about the case, well, go buy a Microsoft Mobile Sculpt KB for $23.40. If you want to carry your keyboard with you... this is not a bad choice.
I'll check it out.
Hi,
for those who purchased Titanium Bronze version, how do you like it or would you rather prefer black version if there was one?
I probably would have gotten black if it had been available. That being said I originally ordered a black case but changed my mind and got the Titanium Bronze case and am quite happy with both. Nearly everything I own is black and sometimes a little change is nice.

Bronze looks similar to black, and I think I may prefer the bronze. The gold trim is nice..
I hate the cheap looking gold. Its tacky. I wouldnt mind the titanium if it had silver trim.
I definitely would have preferred black, but it really doesn't bother me. Got the matching case, which is fantastic.
I love the titanium. Go to a store and check it out. It really is personal preference.
The titanium bronze with the official book case is very nice. I love the look. The color is not overstated and works very well. Happy I went with it over boring old white or black(I know it's not available.)
BTW, I really can't say enough good things about their official book sleeve case. It's incredibly thin and is well designed with magnets. Finally have a case that doesn't double the girth of the tablet. It's too expensive, but that's how it is.
Titanium by a mile. Especially if your a movie buff. The white bezel is a complete distraction at night while watching movies. The darker display makes you feel like your in a theater
Titanium is the color of the back. Bronze is the color of the edge. Not gold.
I do like the dark color scheme, but given a choice I would have preferred dark, deep, matte black all around, without metallic accents.

Fed up with white everywhere and as there was no black i went for Bronze. In fact when in the store even the wife preferred the Bronze so i went for it. Glad i did as i think if they only use it on this model it gives the Tab S a more standout quality that 'Apple' white does not, leaving the Tab S in with the rest of the crowd.
Wasn't impressed with the bronze color on the tablet. Looks kind of like a gray brown non color to me. However I do like it on the book cover. So have white tab with bronze cover.
My slight hypochondria LOVES the bronze. I'm assuming that it is a coppery alloy and is naturally anti-microbial. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antimicrobial_properties_of_copper

At first I was happy with this as it was a gift. I liked the bronze because Samsung never had this color on any of their tablets which makes it unique. Then I kinda regretted it and wanted the white one for the home feel and how immaculate it looked but now I'm appreciating the bronze to go with my otterbox defender case which looks great. The major point of appreciation lied within it's main purpose which is media consumption wherein movies and video playing is this device's highlight. If I got white then watching a movie could be distracting at night and may throw you off. I could have gone for the black though to maximize it's strength point. But I do love this bronze now instead of the white one and I'll stick to it.

Everyone thinks I have like a really expensive tablet because of the bronze lol. I got the bronze because my dad hates how white devices look and it matched the things we owned(tvs and phones).
