I have a big problem: I did USPL and it ended with a white screen that doesn´t disappear.
What should I do?

emm, i am no expert, but i think it should continue with flashing cid.. wizard should be apearing on pc screen.

Thanks for the reply, the problem is that I always get stuck after running the USPL tool, it goes to 100% then I see the Linux Pinguin screen, then i hear the 'disconnect' sound in vista, the rom flash utility starts, and then error 260 not connected. I suppose the USPL is not finished when the dos screen is finished, without ending the rom upgrade utility?
After the dos screen I also tried to plug out/in the usb cable, on the black screen, and start the rom utility manually to finish the USPL process, but no luck...
I tried the bootflash utility after the pinguin directly, but no luck either.
Searched the forums for likewise problems, but found no real clear solutions. Can anybody help me here?

Have you hard-reset first? - Works great, and offen eliminates a lot of different problems (ore did for me anyway)
just tried and it's working...
to be honest.... i never tried to change the splash screen before, i just found the link about it....
But then i tried right now to change the splash with this tool, i first ran USPL and then when the phone was started again i could
upload my own splash screen with the replacement tool. Everything worked fine... no idea what went wrong on your device...
But i have also a question: is it possible to change the second logo and the windows-starting logo also ? How to do ?

I own a new blue angel...called by O2 II's
So, after i read ,again,and again...I have successed enter boot loader.
With white screen it's shown the version 2.07 and the line at the top "Serial"
(uhm, i use WM2003SE as the original pda when i purchase)
Ok, the problem now is, i can't flash anyrom (in Wiki and any rom i found)
After the line appear "Don't plug cable or craddle of ...." it's seem to verifie it's self... and then the line appear again "this tool is not support for this device".....and some error like that.
I was totally confused, how i made the thing go wrong? or just i missed something???
i make a soft reset, then hard reset and then 3 button together to get the white screen with no light, still see words such as: serial, version 2.0.7...
When i plug the usb cable , then the serial change into USB as usual.
As my experience,( Dopod810 and Qtek S200) everything is normal...
One problem too, i can't connect to PC with activsync (i tried any versions as possible)but itself avaiable on Boot loader...
All you understand what happen with me???
Please help me out of this. I want my Blue Angel is not the worst i got ...(i think it's possible go up to wm6???)

Yep, Happened to me too. Heres the fix.
The regular WM6 exe will give you an error everytime with the O2 IIs. Finally I printed out the WM6 directions, and also the Blue Angel for beginners and some other threads and found the answer.
You are in the right place (stuck in bootloader that is). Now you should be ready to load the OS. In the Upgrade folder you will find:
"MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe"
Run it and you will see the progress bars on the Windows screen and the dark XDA screen. Don't bother it - allow it to complete.
After it completed, I was unable to restart, soft reset, hard reboot. I think I actually had to take the battery off. When I powered it again I saw the Color Bars and knew it was good.
Good luck, Be careful. Try to be calm. I know when I was stuck in between Roms I was close to being a nervous wreck.

when itself verifie version of rom , i can't see both version appear on windows.
ie : version rom which is in PDA and version of rom which is in the OS i next to flash(want to flash).

I Kept getting that too. Couldn't see both versions. Got a couple of different error messages. you are right where I was. you've got to find the upgrade exe. in one of the folders. My IIs was stuck in bootloader and I started that upgrade and it skips checking the IIs first and just begins to xfer the data.

i did a big mistake!!! i was trying to flash the Artemis_Touch_3.01_full.zip to my O2 xda nova with the New_Blue_Touch_ROM_V4.0
and i miss to start the step1.bat and then the step2.bat (i know! i am stupid)
i began to start with the RomUpdateUtility.exe....the rom was flashed....but now
my phone started whit the htc splash screen and on top in red color OS: 3.7.0.0
and stuck there! i can put it in 3 color boot mode with camera and an/off button
my ipl 1.11.0002
my spl 1.11.0000
i connected wia usb the phone to my pc and try to digit "r2sd all" but invalid comand happens
now i don't know what to do now!!! please help....

I tried installing hardspl on my diamond because a rom said i needed it and then i opened the batch file and I pressed enter and it made my screen turn black and it just stays there? What do I do? It's this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=408621

What's happening is that you are not reading. Check the link you posted. It clearly states:
"To flash any of these, first establish an activesync connection via usb. Then run diamond-sspl.bat and confirm execution on touchscreen. The screen will turn black. Now run DiamondCustomRUU from either the HardSPL-1.23, HardSPL-1.24 or HardSPL-1.34 folder."
I really don't think it could be more clear.

My uni will boot normally, it'll show the Welcome screen, then go blank with the backlight on and the green colour of the window 5.0 welcome screen.... Is there anyway to sort this out? It's really messing with my business!! Now I have to whip out my lapton every frikking 20mins to check my mail. Something that was automatic on my uni, just got prompts.
Anyone with the knowledge on how to sort this out. Please reply as fast as possible!!!1

Flash an original WM5 ROM.
Then flash any UNI ROM you like.
Probably no way to recover the data unless your PC recognises your Uni.If it does,save PIM and do the above stated.

so can you use you device or not??? coz mostly who get stuck in bootscreen doesn't have backlight on and no welcome screen... try flashing to another rom and see... and please try to explain in more detail what exactly is your problem....
I was stuck in the screen align and i pluged my beloved qutek on to my PC, activated Active sync, went into the phones "windows startup" and there erased the greeting file. So the phone then had no tuch screen anymore. But be not scared i just updated the rom again ind the phone works just fine
