ETEN M600 Call filtering

I installed the ETEN Dialer on my Dopod 838 and it workd beautifully
I was wondering if anyone out there also extracted the ETEN's call filtering app (and/or its profiles app.)

I'm still looking for an application to filter incoming calls.
I'm not totally satisfied with "Smartfilter" of "Call SMS Blocker", therefore I would appreciate, if it would be possible to publish a short description of the m600 application.

I couldn't get Smartfilter to work and I didn't try SMS Blocker.
Anyway - you can see a screen capture of the ETEN's blocker here

Smilies in a sms using a TyTN with WM6

I hope some can tell my if it is possible to use smilies in a sms both when i am writing one but also when I receive one... does such software exist

yes there is a software that does this that comes with the imate roms... i believe its called xsms or something like that.
It also allows you to send Handwritten sms, and everytime you recieve a smiley sms it whistles...
anyone with an imate rom loaded care to share the name? I'm in the process of flashing to elf v2 and haven't used an imate rom since like 2 weeks after i got my jasjam

Chose sound??

I´m a little puzzled. When i send a SMS a message promt telling me that the message is sendt.. I wish to change the sound for this message, but i cant find it..
I looked mani times that i can choose the sounds for allmost any other action but this? - i can even choose a sound for "MMS Sendt" - but not "SMS Sendt"?
What am I missing?? - hope its just me...

U can do this in your machine, system(instellingen) > sounds & notifications or;
You can do this in the registry HKCU\controlpanel\notifications\{A877D65B-239C-47a7-9304****} Wave, rename Tmobile* to your wave file, make sure that the .wav is in your \windows folder and do and soft reset.

... start\settings\personal\sounds & notifications, select the tab "Notifications", select the event "new text mesage" and adjust the settings according to your preference.

hi, at sms ring i have a long mp3 . why the sms voice doesnt turn off when i pick up the message?. enybody know what i must to do? Sorry for my english i'm polish.;p

i cut just for 10s..
using mp3 cutter!!
this problem since im using all windowmobile from 2003

Alarm and Ringtones MP3

Is it possible to use my own MP3's as a ringtone/alarm?
Tried copying them into all kinds of directories and didn't get to choose them in TF3D

create a folder on your storage card called my ringtones (same name as the folder on the phone) put them in there and they will appear in the ringtone list

Now only the alarm isnt cooperating. Any ideas?

try to copy the mp3 to your \Windows Folder

I think it has to be a Wav file, and I think there is a maximum file size too, but I am not 100% sure.

Well thats a step back... my S710 could do MP3's no problem :-/

Oh well at least on the kaiser I think it does have to be WAV, and they are both wm 6.1, maybe it is because the S710 runs wm standard, or maybe th touch pro 2 does play MP3, but then again I did say I wasn't completely sure....

Have a google for KaiSoft MP3Alarm, it will do the trick for you, and allows you to browse to any file.

I got myself Klaxon

Supports MP3's FULLY integrated in TF3D. And has some bonus abilities like shaking the phone=off, snooze = turn phone over (each with feedback via vibra) etc
Its even "thumbflick friendly"

I believe the development of Klaxon has been cut off. I think you would be better off with G-Alarm (though, that too has turned to payware recently, but you can still get the free 1.5.1 version that works perfectly - at least it does for me) which has all the same functionality as Klaxon and then some.

To change the ringtone you just have to put your favourite mp3 in windows/rings (on a German phone). Doesn't work for text messages though. On other windows mobile phones, you had to convert the mp3 in wav or wma, put it in the same place and they would show up in the text message alert list (I've done it myself and it worked). Unfortunately that doesn't seem to work for my tp2 right now. Any ideas, especially for individual text message alerts?
