Last friday my XDA IIs touch screen stoped to work. I am able to use Xda IIs, phone works etc but touch screen does not reply on any touch.
Any idea ?

Hi guys,
Are we suppose to be able to click with the S-Pen without touching the screen ?
Am I the only one to have some interaction / clicks when my S-Pen is close to the screen ?
If if put the S-Pen near to the screen during few seconds, the mobile will act like if I did touch it... Sometime it can be nice but not everytime... bug ?

My xplay touch screen started to not work periodically. If I left the game pad exposed(in a playing mode) the screen would work flawlessly. Now the touch screen does not respond to any touch. The screen is perfact for veiwing. The game pad also works. The question is do i need a flex cable or a digitizer?
Any ideas
Have you tried testing your touch screen in the service mode?
Sounds like flex does the screen look like a static tv?

It's really hard to find touch screen for it, because it's out of date
Umm i just received my xperia play.
It was used by someone else... but my problem is with touch.
Digitizer doesn't work... And it doesn't seems to be damaged.
Also highlighting of screen doesn't work propertly too.
It don't work, but it works in specific spot when i slide gamepad.
Anyone know where is the problem ? Slider tape? Digitizer?
