xda2s no loner for sale

I might be able to get my hands on some XDA2s at a reasonable price to be able to sell them on to you at a attractive price. - i will be finding out tommorrow.
I'd be willing to sell them at £430.00 + £6 P&P.
These are a one off price and NO contract is nessecary.
They are locked to the O2 UK network but unlocking sofware will probably be out soon?. UK only

You might want to hold off buying them if they are that expensive as i think you will have trouble reselling them, you dont want to get stuck with 4 of them and be unable to sell them
Expansys is selling the Qtek 2020 (XDA2) for only £399.95 brand new including 12 months warranty and its unlocked for any network

Isn't the XDA2s better than the XDA2?

i am getting a xda2s on contract from 02 select for 119.99. i have asked this price to be checked twice and as its on the notes of my account i am getting it fot this price. they have none in stock till next monday.

your bills must be high to be with o2 select, they reward their customers by giving lower prices on upgrades and all sort of other benefits

Looks like the supplier is not going to sell me them now at the price I was going to get them for so this thread is dead.

We can do them at that price if anyone is interested but the P&P is £9.95 nextday Royal mail special delivery.

I have read some post and I agree with there staff being crap.
But they are also quite gullable 8) ... any Im excpecting my xd2s tomo for £49.99! on o2 600 but my line rental is also half price!
You really have to blag............

I'm just about to get a new phone as my contract is up with O2 and they wont offer me any upgrades at a reasonable price, and i was just about to order a three handset (Motorola E1000),
But if you can geta IIs for £49.99 and half price line rental, then that would suit me perfectly,

Replacement Stylus??

where can you get them. also interested in buying in bulk but i need at least one for now!!

Go to www.ebay.co.uk and search xda stylus.

You should search xda 2s stylus or you'll end up with one that doesn't fit as the XDA2s' stylus differs from the XDA2 etc.
I know.. I have a heap of useless leftover XDA2 stylus' that are too long for my 2S.

they have a pen in them, but it was better than nothing. Siemens didn't sell them, neither did Cingular.

lost mine recently got it the next day. orignal styluses from teh supplier themselves. got the number from orange shop. works out cheaper and you get more than 1. i would buy 3 for a tenner rather than 1 for a fiver. got them the next day

Does anyone know of the best place to buy one of these?
They seem to be getting dearer on ebay.£320 or so.

You can get a 12 month deal in o2 shops for £35 -£40 per month for 12 months contract with a free Orbit
They give you £30 trade in for any old phone
You can ebay the co-pilot pack ( I got £60)

Option 1: Get Orbit from O2 for free (£40/month 12 months)and sell Copilot on ebay.. you get around £60. You can keep the car holder and car charger that comes with it. Then get a TT6 software for around £80
Option 2: Get HTC P3300(Premium) from expansys (Pay £105, £35/month tariff). You get TT6 + Maps of Western Europe on DVD, Free Car cradle and car charger.
What are the differences? Simple.. if you buy O2 branded, you may need to SIM unlock if you want to use other sim cards that will cost you some money. Subscriptionwise, £40 x 12 = £480... £35 x 12 = 420 (£60 savings on Option 2)
Its just a small amount to pay after all for option 2 and no hassle... where as option 1 ... you need to do a lot of things blah blah blah.. and you get crap O2 software....
Its a big gamble getting these expensive stuffs from ebay... you never know what **** the seller has done to it why they are selling it!
This is only my own opinion, everyone has individual choices anyway... im just telling you mine.. kapeesh!!!

I'm very satisfied with the deal I made. Been previously with Vodafone. Requested PAC code and went to T-Mobile. Got 12 mth Web'n'Walk tarrif 32.5/mth with 1 GB data. Paid 29.99 for MDA Compact III with insurance but you can cancel it any time. I know, some ppl say NO WiFi but to be honest I don't see big disadvantage. Browsing on PPC does not give big difference between WiFi and GPRS. Having 1GB I don't need to look for hotspots and being at home I prefer to browse on big screen. I agree however with nm8 - everyone has different preferences.
P.S.
I've been using for about a year XDA Exec and on WiFi battery died so quickly that I used it so rarely that it wasn't big deal to have it. With GPRS it is perfect compromise between speed and power consumption.

Mean that Artemis version of T-Mobile's MDA Compact III does not have WiFi.

1. O2 has cut back on its software to virtually nothing
2. O2 does not lock its XDAs (unique in the market)

I use WiFi on my N560 to listen to online music especially at night I just plug in the wall charger... WiFi is also important to me because I need internet connection to access some software updates (www.epocrates.com). And I like to browse my emails occassionally when Im in bed (lazy me)

Does anyone have a Dummy or Broken XDA Orbit?

As the title says really, I'm after either a dummy or broken XDA Orbit for my son to play with. He nearly broke the screen on mine last night so i think i need to find him a replacement.

For Sale: (4) Blue Angel SX66 Phones, (2) Cradles, (3) Batteries. Can part out.

I have acquired a few phones and etc from a corporate upgrade. I used one of these for a while but really don't have a need for it for the time. I have (4) PH20B SX66 Blue Angel's originally for cingular. (2) of these have WM6 and the other are stock with PPC 2k3. I have (2) standard batteries and (1) mugen battery that i'm not even sure fits these phones. It falls out very easily. I also have (2) data cradles for the units no power cords though. All of the phones are in working condition. I think (2) of the LCD's buzz but work nonetheless.
I wouldn't mind selling all these as a lot, individually, or even selling parts of one. I am located in the U.S. and will be willing to ship internationally provided you (a) are paypal verified, (b) have a verified address, and/or (c) are willing to make the transaction over ebay. I will ship internationally via USPS Flat rate and will be about $35-$40 to ship depending on where. Domestically I will ship USPS or UPS, your preference.
